Please Join In Supporting Mike Fallon for Congress in CO-1
I just got back from a late breakfast with a representative of Mike Fallon, who’s running this year in my home district of CO-1 (Denver). We had a wide-ranging discussion about policies and what it’s going to take to get our Nation back on track.
I am convinced that Mike is the right choice to represent this district in Congress and am proud to endorse him and ask you to join me in contributing to his campaign and contacting your friends and relatives in Colorado’s First Congressional District and asking them to vote for him.
Mike is an emergency room surgeon who knows all too well the upcoming negative repercussions of the SoHCA2010 and has made its repeal his first and foremost goal if elected. His agenda, which he calls his “Cure For Congress”, is centered around fiscal sanity, shrinking the size and cost of government, and fostering a more receptive atmosphere for small business (he’s a businessman himself). He sums it up as: “Healthy people, a healthy economy, and a healthy government make a strong country.”
Having met Mike and his family, I can tell you, he’s the real deal. He’s charismatic, attractive, totally genuine, and ultimately electable. I’m not exaggerating when I say, think Scott Brown.
Mike is not a politician and is utterly approachable. I think these characteristics will ultimately do him very much good in this cosmopolitan yet Western pull-no-punches district. Need more incentive? He’s running to unseat ultra-Left bazillion-term Pelosi lackey and Deputy Majority Whip Diana DeGette, the only woman who could live up to Pat Schroeder’s embarrassing legacy of profligate spending, disrespect for life, and disdain for liberty. And she’s been doing it for over a dozen years. It’s beyond time to retire her.
That such a great candidate has come along in Mike Fallon only proves the providence of this time in Colorado politics. Please join with me in doing whatever you can to help make Mike one of dozens of Republicans to unseat undeserving Democrats in the 112th Congress.

Actually, Viking, he’s running in CO-3 out on the Western Slope (Grand Junction and Gunnison). McConnell is trying to unseat John Salazar (yes, brother of you-know-who).

Mike will have a hard time winning in Denver. The last a Republican won was in the 60s. If he wants to win, he better have watchers at each poling place. I am speaking of my experince of years ago but I doubt if things have changed.

The Republican Cults of Jesus Inc are clearly exposed by the likes of Michelle Bachmann, Inhofe, Grassley and, of course the Shrilla from Wasilla…
I’m sure the Party is going the way of the Whigs who couldn’t adhere to the truth either.

Mike is running in CD1. He’s the only viable candidate. Some other dude who lives outside of the district (and runs in every race he’s eligible for) may also be in the primary.
Today Mike walked to over 1000 home in Denver. Yes, it will be hard, but he’s willing to put in the shoe leather.
I don’t know what you mean my “truth.” What I mean is that Mike is a man of integrity. He doesn’t always toe the party line. He is for the voters of Denver.

Yup, that’s what you said back in the Massachusetts Senate election. You said Coakley would win. You cheered as Barack Obama shrieked that anyone who would vote for Scott Brown was a teabagging racist Jesus cultist.
You got your ass kicked.
Your hate and bigotry aren’t playing any more, racist. Your fat screaming racist antireligious bigot Teddy Kennedy was replaced by one of those very “Jesus cultists” you mock. People have realized that liberals like yourself simply hate other people and want to control and destroy their lives, and are voting accordingly.
Sucks to be you, doesn’t it?

hey nd30, how did that special election in PA go? you know, the one where the republicans shrieked and brayed about how the vote was a referendum on the radical pelosi/reid/obama agenda? who won that election?
you got your ass kicked.
sucks to be you, doesn’t it?

And then he voted against repealing DADT. Here again, though, we had a liberal who had to pretend that he’s a Conservative to get elected.

Chad — you mean the election where in order to win, the Democrat had to repudiate the entire progressive agenda? Where he had to tell the voters he opposed ObamaCare, tax increases, and deficit spending?
If the Republican agenda is a loser, why is it the only way Democrats can win outside the ghetto is to pretend to be Republicans?

Yes, because clearly the Democrats don’t have anyone like Barbara Lee, Pete Stark, Charlie Rangel, and Dennis Kookinich.
Oh wait, they do.

I live in Denver, let’s make this a competitive race! When do I start knocking on doors?
Comment by AeroClayton — June 13, 2010 @ 1:34 pm - June 13, 2010
Let’s see, what did the Obama Party candidate do in that election?
In other words, the Obama Party candidate ran against his own party and its leadership.
And he STILL barely won in a district that has a 2 to 1 advantage for registered Obama Party members over Republicans.
Of course, he’s out on his rear in two years when people figure out he’s a sociopathic liar who fully supports and endorses Pelosi, Reid, and Obama, but isn’t that telling that the only way an Obama Party member could win in a district that is overwhelmingly Obama Party is to run against the goals and leadership of the Obama Party?
What both the Massachusetts and PA-12 elections show is this: people are opposed to the Obama/Pelosi/Reid agenda.

Fallon’s the man. However, his chances seem sort of slim.
Comment by Matthew — June 14, 2010 @ 2:37 am - June 14, 2010
Hi Matthew – I’m from Fallon’s campaign. I couldn’t agree with you more that Mike is an amazing candidate. That said, I disagree with your assessment of the race. Will this be an incredibly tough race? Absolutely. But, our polling shows that our opponent has a low approval rating and a low re-elect rating. We think there’s room to pick up a lot of votes – and we’ve only just begun. Stay tuned!

Did you hear about the black guy who has no experience at governing, hasn’t had many real jobs, and won an election with 60% of the Democrat vote?
Nope not Obama haha.
Mr Greene in SC. Now the white liberals in the state want to take his victory away from him after thousands of Democrats voted for him. Typically of the Dem Party, they want to take his victory away from him and give it to the second place white guy. Reason…well he was an unknown, he didn’t have the support of the party, he’s unemployed , is an alleged felon, etc etc.
He must be a Republican plant!!
Trouble with that theory…..you’ve got to have an awful lot of dumb idiotic Democrats to vote for the guy!! hehe guess it could have happened.
