From the conclusion of one of her posts today, it certainly sounds like it:
Last night at the World Series game, Bush 41 and 43 were greeted with rousing cheers; Bush 43 threw the first pitch, hard and over the plate. Yes, it was Texas. But “Bush” is no longer an epithet. Just saying.
Chris Christie 2012: Too Big To Fail!
Lefties talked to themselves for 30 years. The noise that spilled from their echo chamber finally sounded plausible to 55% of Americans, for a brief few years. Now reality is setting in and the lefties’ “moment of plausibility” is going… going…
LOL! I love it!
Jeb would be pretty cool.
JEB and Christie together!!!!!
What does “the Hebrew Athene” mean?
writerJerome, I explain it here
We should see a side by side of the
first pitches of
Bush 43 and the first pitch of
Barack Obama.
One’s a girlie pitch the other not. You choose.

Thanks, Daniel. I just saw our mutual friend, Ralph Reed on CNN.
Too big to fail – GREAT!!! I’m in – Christie 2012!!!!
I don’t see Jeb making a run for the White House. For better or worse (worse, I think) the ‘Bush’ name is a damaged brand, unless you’re looking at baked beans.
I remember him telling Rush when George W, George HW, and Jeb called in to wish him a happy anniversary* that he was going to be working on issues behind the scenes. I fully expect him to do that.
*(People who think Rush is a blowhard should listen to that call if they can find it. The screener didn’t let him know who was on the phone. He’s flatfooted, humble, and polite. A perfect example of a gentleman.)
Texas is still a great state and they know how to be respectful to two men who span two separate centuries of leadership for America.
I felt a sense of history watching those two patriots stand in the midst of a non-political crowd of fellow Texans and get the respect they well earned and rightly deserve. The Rangers lost the series, but like the Bush family, in their effort to excel they raised the spirit of all Americans.
