Vaclav Havel and Kim Jong-Il dead on the same weekend? It’s a mystery to me how people can doubt the existence of God.

Reflecting on Kim Jong Il’s penchant for writing his own musicial numbers (yes), the Team America guys hoped that he would one day perform their song, “I’m So Ronery” at a Hollywood awards show. That dream can never be, now.

I expect there should be much mourning on the progressive left; North Korea was the epitome of achievement in terms of economic fairness and social equality under a centrally planned, political economy.

And, indeed, it still is the model for everything the OWS movement and the Democrat Party (but I repeat myself) wish to achieve for the United States.

Kim Jong Il needs to rot in Hell with Hitler, Stalin, & other tyrants plus the lesser evil of Ted Kennedy. He will be in good company. Darkness follows darkness.

With Kim Jong Il dead, Jane Fonda will not have the opportunity to become his concubine.

Gee, “thanks” for that horrid mental image Sebastian. Ugh.
So Kim is dead long live another Kim, eh? I pray God will have mercy on the dead Kim (boy does he need it!) and that lil’ Kim will steer his country towards a better path. I seriously doubt it though. Probably yet another selfish and meglomaniacal butcher with delusions of grandeur.

I honestly believe this man has been dead for a few months. I hope we don’t give this regime two cents of food aid. The fact that this country is barely functioning says more about moral relativism and cowardice in the west, and the U.S. in particular.

Rush actually mentioned how disgusting the media coverage is over his death. There is no mention of his deliberate starving and the evil oppression of his people. The MFM is treating his death like any other head of state and it’s giving KJI legitimacy in his death. Rush is absolutely right. The media is disgusting.
I guess where KJI is going, he will be “Ronery” no more. He will have lots of company down there–Hitler, Stalin, Khmer Rouge, Lenin, Osama Bin Laden, Sadaam Hussein, and Ted Kennedy to name a few.

It will be interested to see if Kim Jung-un and some of his Western-educated contemporaries…similar to the PRC’s “Young Princelings”…can manage to convert Communism into Crony Capitalism. While non-democratic, the Stanford, Yale and Harvard-educated grand-children of the Chinese Communist Party have influenced the changes in the PRC. It’s hard to be nostalgic about the Cultural Revolution while your Western-educated, Ferrari-driving son is dating the American Ambassador’s daughter…
