An 8-point margin is a photo finish?

Well, that’s what they’re calling it at the Huffington Post

UPDATE: So now it’s an unexpected finish? Weren’t these guys paying any attention to recent polling?

It’s unexpected since they probably thought multiple voters/fraudulent voters would be good for at least five points or so.

Really though, I’m kind of okay with the HP spinning the result as close. But CNN, which at least has the pretense of objectivity, used the word “narrowly” to describe Walker’s victory.

It should be pointed out that Walker’s margin of victory was almost exactly Obama’s national margin of victory in 2008. I don’t remember any news outlet calling Obama’s victory narrow.

As I told people in my very blue voting place – voting, it’s what America is all about.

Its unexpected to the people who don’t listen to the public and are in the pocket of the Unions.
