(Not to mention “irresponsible”.)
In his post on the looming $16 Trillion Debt, up from “$10.6 trillion on Inauguration Day” 2009, Jim Geraghty shares this video from the 2008 campaign:
On March 19 of this year, CBSNews reported:
The National Debt has now increased more during President Obama’s three years and two months in office than it did during 8 years of the George W. Bush presidency.
The Debt rose $4.899 trillion during the two terms of the Bush presidency. It has now gone up $4.939 trillion since President Obama took office.
Wonder if any reporters have asked Mr. Obama about that in recent days.
Wonder if any reporters have asked Mr. Obama about that in recent days.
I think to expect this is futile. The media is in the pocket of Obama and they aren’t going to go off message to actually ask Obama a hard question. The Obama campaign will continue to field difficult questions like “boxers or briefs.”
Of course the sad thing here is Obama promised to make things better, but has made things worse and another 4 years is only going to dig that giant debt hole even deeper.
If the debt incurred by President George W. ia unpatriotic what does triple the amount in half the time make the current president? An economic terrorist? Obama/Biden have a perverted view of patriotism. Who can forget Joe saying paying more taxes is patriotic. I would like the bottom half to become patriots and help do away with poverty. They should be taxed at 50% of their income to motivate them to leave poverty and move into a higher income bracket to pay a lower percentage but more money inot the treasury.
Speaking of reporters, watch a gaggle of MSDNC talking heads beclown themselves denouncing Romney’s birth certificate joke as the most vile, hateful utterance in human history.

This coming from the camp that accused Romney of a felony, tax evasion and killing a woman.
Maybe Obama should lighten up and grow some thicker skin.
Apparently, according to the recent David Maraniss book, that’s not possible. That–along with his arrogance–is one of his failings (some of the few, to be sure, to his disciples).
