Mr. Barack Obama, addressing the 35-40% of the country that still supports him last night, proclaimed that “Climate Change Is a Fact.”
At the precise time he was making this comment:
- Atlanta, Georgia was virtually shut down due to a snow emergency.
- Ice, sleet and snow were raining down on Florida
- 4,500 public school students in Birmingham, Alabama had spent the day trapped in their schools by winter weather
- New Orleans, Louisiana, was coping with snow and ice.
Also, my homeland looks like this:
The Climate Change Cultists (is that word too rude to describe people who fanatically believe that everyone must radically alter their behavior in order to avoid a scientifically implausible apocalyptic doomsday scenario?) will say, “But Climate Change can mean weather will get colder OR warmer, and there may be more OR fewer extreme weather events.” Forgive my skepticism, but is that not tantamount to saying, Climate change means the weather will continue doing what it always has done?
