The good news is, by next Sunday, the Mozilla controversy will be yesterday’s news. The bad news is, the gay fascists will be behaving even more obnoxiously by then.
But in the meantime, Matt Walsh thinks l’affaire Mozillique has stripped the mask off the gay activists.
It’s no secret anymore. Without question and without exaggeration, the ‘gay rights movement’ is the angriest, most ruthless, most controlling, most intolerant of all the ideological enterprises in the country. Now, everyone knows it.
And the Bookworm Room blog argues “We don’t have a “gay mafia,” we have a “gay Soviet.”
Once, we were a country that used its government to advance the notion that “that every person is entitled to a private life and deserves respect as a human being, irrespective of the extent of his political loyalty or contribution to the state.” Now, we’re a Soviet nation, in which private citizens are told that they must publicly recant their heresies or be destroyed.
I think they’re both right. And the really sad and scary part is most of the gay activist left is happy about what they’ve brought down on us.
The gay fascists have been, from day one, hypocrites. Tolerance means support for me, and me only. If you do not support me, you are an intolerant bigot.
The gay fascists will lose? Matt Walsh is a lot more optimistic than I am. But even if they do eventually lose, how much damage will they do to our (once) free republic before they bite the dust? That’s the question that scares me. Remember, the Bolsheviks eventually lost, but not before sending over 20 million people to their graves.
@ Seane-Anna: J.R.R. Tolkien, a devout Catholic and a keen observer of history, observed that every battle and war is inflicted upon the current generation because a previous generation became complacent and allowed a problem to fester out of sight and out of mind. “The Lord of the Rings” is one big illustration of that idea. We are in this problem because somebody let it get out of hand, and we are reaping the consequences. But Tolkien also observed that the forces of Evil are often defeated right when they seem to have the upper hand.
We may see the gay political machine collapse because of this blunder. We can only hope so, at any rate. But when it does and you folks start doling out justice, don’t throw into the fire those of us who got branded traitors to our kind because we opposed the gay Left and sided with you. We’re not with them.
Let us live our lives in peace and quiet, make it easy for us to get power of attorney and joint taxes with our partners, and protect us from violence and injustice just as you would any other citizen. Safeguard us from getting our pockets picked and our legs broken, not because we are homosexual, but because we are human beings and citizens of the United States entitled to full protection under the law. If you do this, it will be more than enough to satisfy us.
Homosexual activists are merely members of the Leftist alliance. While they tend to stand on the vanguard, they are not even 10% of the Left’s Full Power.
Much like Jews and Al Sharpton telling blacks what to do, homosexual activists have similar levels of control over their human livestock cum slaves.
The common terms today for sexual orientations tend to be “gays” and “straights.”

It seems to me that “doling out justice”, for the most part, would happen prior to any collapse, and would be instrumental in bringing it about; not nearly so much after the fact.
And I’m a bit confused as to who “you guys” are.
From it’s founding with the Mattachine Society the LGBT activist class has always been leftist. I argue that today it is a much more hateful and hard core left than the original generic communists like Harry Hay.

The Left…and many on the Right…love to quote and mis-quote Asimov while totally missing his point. The incompetent will always wait-and-wait-and-wait ’til they’re backed into a corner with few or no options other than violence, thus allowing their opponent to dictate the timing and momentum of the moment. And it usually ends badly.
The Competent and truly Machiavellian understand that directed, focused violence…or the credible threat of…often can defuse or redirect the crisis at a much lower-cost mush earlier up the decision-tree. To nip the threat in the bid so-to-speak, rather than allowing it to fester ’til there are no options-left and lots of blood-spilled.
That’s right, Ted.
Once more, the words of a truly great statesman and leader:
And, sad to say, there will be people who won’t even fight back to avoid living as slaves.
This is why our side has been getting its collective ass kicked for several decades (perhaps with a small lull courtesy of the Reagan administration, although that’s arguable).
I think it all falls under the rubric of “eternal vigilance”.
Heh. And Brendan Eich — whose company has anti-discrimination policies and same-sex partner benefits and whatnot — is like the wrongly accused “kulak” father of 13-year-old Pavlik Morozov, who for years was celebrated as a Glorious Child Hero/Martyr Of the USSR for informing on his dad to the secret police, and subsequently killed by some of his dad’s bereaved relatives.
(Some argue that almost every detail of the story is fabricated propaganda; the only certain facts is that the father Trofim Morozov was definitely executed by the state for supposedly being a counter-revolutionary or food-hoarding “kulak,” while Pavlik was definitely killed by someone — but it may have been a fatal squabble with other teenage boys over something or other.)
Also, Matt Walsh writes:
This reminds me of H.L. Mencken’s definition:
Puritanism: The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy.
Only in this case, it’s the haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may personally think that homosexual relationships — even the very best ones — have somewhat less social value than traditional marriage, and they haven’t been shamed and scolded properly for this barbaric opinion.
Its the radical left of the gay rights movement that is doing this, not the conservative segment of the gay rights movement. And, both segments are considered “activists” by far right social conservatives. Life for everyone is one big soap opera.
Sean at #3, well put. I do not hate and have never wanted to harm gay people, and I firmly believe that most “far right social conservatives”–as Charles calls us–don’t, either. It’s the “gaystapo”, NOT gay people, that angers and disgusts us. So live your life, Sean. May it be a long and happy one!
