Clay Aiken’s Violent Hostility Toward Women

Clay Aiken, the Democrat candidate for Congress in North Carolina’s 2nd District, who is gay but used to try and hide it (but never fooled anyone) seems to have some, um, hostility toward the women-folk. And some tendencies toward acting out violently.

Mr. Aiken expressed a desire to punch Ann Coulter in the face, and later thought it would be okay to refer to Ann Coulter using the same vulgar anatomical reference Bill Maher uses to refer to Sarah Palin. He also became so enraged during a State of the Union address, he expressed a desire to punch members of Congress in the throat.

There was a time when these kind of threats of violence against women would have been frowned upon by polite society, but in the Democrat Party of Alan Grayson and Ed Schultz, vulgarity and threats of violence aren’t just accepted, they’re expected.

If a Republican were to express a desire to punch Chris Hayes in the face, that would be a different matter altogether.

The VA Is Single Payer Health Care – Epitomized

Before it was known that VA Bureaucrats were denying care to Veterans, creating phony paperwork to hide their shame, and punishing anyone who threatened to reveal the scheme… all the while rewarding themselves with bonuses and luxurious new officesleft wing economists were praising the VA as the Epitome of what could be achieved with single-payer health care.

And they were right. The VA is the epitome of single payer… the corruption, incompetence, and shortcomings aren’t bugs, they are inherent features in any Government bureaucracy.

If left-wingers were reasonable, thoughtful people, they might consider that the VA scandal demonstrates all of the reasons conservatives oppose Government-run health care; contrary to the President’s assertion that Republicans just want people to not have health care.

But if you can imagine the left-wing brain trust as represented by Rachel Maddow, Ed Schultz, Alan Grayson, Chris Matthews, and Melissa Harris Perry having a reasonable thought… you have more imagination than I do, friend.

Two More Victims of the Left’s Intolerance

Two upstate New York Radio hosts were fired today for disagreeing with the City of Rochester’s decision to pay for elective genital mutilation surgery.

Entercom Rochester on Thursday announced the firings of Kimberly Ray and Barry Beck from WBZA, calling their comments “hateful” and saying they don’t represent the station.

Ray referred to someone seeking gender reassignment surgery as “a nut job.” Beck equated the issue to having the city pay for breast enhancement or liposuction for a mentally ill woman.

It’s baffling to any sensible person why debt-ridden cities should be paying for elective surgery anyway.

On the other hand, leftist clown Ed Schultz is quitting radio.

Because they weren’t getting enough attention …

… the only belief system in America that sues to force the Government to impose it on everyone else is getting its own TV channel.

A New Jersey-based atheist group is starting the first on-demand TV channel dedicated to godlessness.

The Atheists claim their channel is necessary because — I am not making this up — Hollywood and the major media are too pro-Christian and the Atheists intend their channel as counter-programming against the endless championing of Christian morality on other news and entertainment networks.
I am thinking of the potential programs for this station.
  • Those Foolish Believers: Panel show on which all religion is mocked and ridiculed, except Islam, of course.
  • Cross-Country: Reality Show: A group of atheist lawyers travel small town America looking for public displays of the cross and filing lawsuits to have them removed.
  • Circle Jerk – News and Information: Richard Dawkins and a panel of Atheists discuss news of the day while congratulating each other on their lack of belief.
  • It’s a Void and Meaningless Existence, Charlie Brown – Special Holiday Program in Honor of Madalyn Murray O’Hair’s Birthday
  • The Smug Sense of Superiority Hour – with special guest Bill Maher
  • And of course… there will be wholesome, atheist-style, family programming

Barbra Streisand Doesn’t Want to Look at Ghey Sex Any More Than any Normal Person Does

It’s been said that homosexuality is like a penis; it’s perfectly fine to have it, but if you’re constantly shoving it in people’s faces, don’t expect them to react well; even humungous gay icons.

In a new interview with the Times’ Patrick Healy, Kramer reveals that Streisand found some of the subject matter in the story uncomfortable, despite her role as an icon in the gay community.

“I said, ‘I really think it’s important that after eons of watching men and women make love in the movies, it’s time to see two men do so,’” Kramer told Healy. “I bought her a book of very beautiful art pictures of two men making love, and she found it very distasteful.”

I guess Babs will have to be sent to Tolerance Camp along with everyone else who was put off by Michael Sam’s televised tonsil hockey with his BF.

Good Progressive Liberalism Fails to Deter Armed Robbers

A restaurant in North Carolina that proudly and sanctimoniously demanded that its customers disarm was robbed at gunpoint this week.

North Carolina restaurant The Pit was robbed at gunpoint on Sunday. Normally, local crime stories like this wouldn’t merit a Townhall post, but this one is different: The Pit has a “no weapons” sign displayed prominently on its door declaring the restaurant a gun-free zone, and bans patrons from carrying concealed weapons.

And just in case anyone reading this is planning an armed robbery (Obama voters read GayPatriot, too), you should know that Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, and Jack in the Box also demand disarmed and helpless customers. So, factor that in.
