The Dog Ate Your Evidence

June 14, 2014 by V the K

Do even Obama’s hardcore true-believers really, REALLY accept without question that the IRS just happened to accidentally delete all of Lois Lerner’s emails to outside agencies during the period the IRS was harassing conservative Tea Party groups?

House Committee on Ways and Means chairman Dave Camp revealed today that he has been informed by the IRS that Lois Lerner’s emails between Jan. 2009 and April 2011 have been lost “due to a supposed computer crash.” The IRS says the crash destroyed all of Lerner’s emails to outside agencies such as, for instance, the White House.

Come on, torrent prime, don’t let me down now.

I have gotten to the point where any representative from the executive branch moving their lips should be assumed to be lying.

No I don’t think they just happened to accidently lose all those emails.
No Indont think Holder will do a darn thing.
    No Obama won’t care.
No Liberals won’t care-after all those conservative groups deserved it.
No the liberal media won’t care because they won’t believe or cover anything bad about their messiah Obama.

And criminals in the IRS get away with it.

Bet I wouldn’t though if I told the IRS my computer ate my documents.

Were I sitting in on the hearing, I would subpoena the IRS and ask them, “Sir or Madam, if a person being auditted by the IRS were to tell you that their receipts for their deductions burned up in the shed fire a year ago, would the IRS still allow the deduction that was being auditted? No? And if a company was found to have deleted emails from a top executive, when that company was being sued, would that company not be prosecuted? No, I don’t expect you to know the law with regard to that. I do. Yes, they WOULD be prosecuted. Tell, me, if a taxpayer cannot claim an deduction on the excuse that their receipts disappeared, and a company can be sent to jail for deleting emails, why should you be treated any different?”

The Executive & Judicial branches use their power but the House doesn’t bother to use its power. Instead they make a move & back down. Nobody cares about a paper tiger that can’t communicate its intentions, so everyone lies to it without consequence. No one will do anything about the purposely deleted IRS emails.
The branches of govt are coequal & there used to be a time when an agency of the Executive branch would never have defied the Legislative Branch.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) has already indicated he has retained House committee evidence that Lerner’s e-mails were archived.

    Let the frog-marching begin.

After all the missteps foreign and domestic, I think Obama is even worse than Carter. And that is saying a whole lot.

If anybody really believes this, they should be committed. Too bad that impeachment is out of the question.

I suggest that we proceed at full pace to impeach the white half of Obama.

    Charles;

Please, please, please! don’t mention impeachment; that would put Joey the Clown Biden in the White House.

And as bad as Obama is, I do believe that Biden would be worse. Much worse.

    Signed: The other Charles

Its debatable on the question of would he be worse. He couldn’t be worse and get away with it because leftist media are the only ones that honor Obama’s tattered race card. Obama has done more damage to the race card than he has to the USA.

I think Biden would be more like Bill Clinton id he was president with a Republican House and Senate. More willing to wheel and deal rather than sticking to ideology.
