Now, just where did those Ferguson rioters get the idea that when a legal process doesn’t produce the result you want, it’s okay to just go ahead and break the law?
Can you think of anyone who may have given them that idea?
The President’s address tonight was notable for its utter lack of any scintilla of self-awareness.
“We are a nation built on the rule of law, so this decision was the grand jury’s to make.” – Obama on #Ferguson
Truthfully, rioting was a foregone conclusion – no matter what the grand jury would do.
Thugs (and it is NOT about race when I say that) are always looking for a reason to “break the law.”
That Obama did or said nothing to help calm things comes as no surprise either.
That he, instead, would do something to fan the flames is more his style.
He is, after all, a thug himself (and no, that is not a comment on his race).
I’m getting really really really sick of this shit. And I’m disgusted at how the media are treating this like it’s some circus or street show and we’re supposed to sit back on our couches and be entertained by it. It’s almost like the media *want* there to be a Rodney King II so they can continue to fill their bottom line and get extra corporate profits for this “breaking story.”
Note that they didn’t burn-out the country club, they burned their own neighborhood BBQ-joint. Idjits….
Since BO decided to join the melee all this will be fodder for 2016, with a buzz phrase of restoring the rule of law. Again, because BO had to make this about himself or inject himself into something unrelated to the presidency, he’s stuck his foot in his mouth.
I don’t think we’re the only ones that heard the absolute hypocrisy of his statement; & just after his “prosecutorial discretion” overreach with immigration.
I think the media were essentially wanting and encouraging these riots with their coverage.
I think it’s really sad that people think it’s okay to destroy other people’s businesses because a cop shot a 300lb 6’4″ thug after said thug punched him in the face and tried to take his gun.
Do cops use excessive force? Yes, but in this case it wasn’t excessive.
When your mind is made up and you have riot fever, facts don’t matter.
The Great Divider, Post Civil Rights President has done a terrific job of fanning the flames resentment, self-pity and antagonism. He has organized his community as well as any Lenin could get the job done.
What Obummer knows–or cares–about the ‘rule of law’ could fit up a flea’s butt with room to spare.
Who gave them the idea? The Rev. (I use the title loosely) Al Sharpton. He is the architect of the demonstrations, some violent, in twenty five major cities. How much did he make on this? Who financed his grand scheme? Somebody, besides Al, is profitting from this.
This was not his first.
Why hasn’t the FBI arrested him and charged him with sedition? The riots are a form of resistence against a branch of the government .
When ever there is a power outage in a non Asian minority area there is looting. Lets just call it culture. Maybe they should do public service announcements telling people if pulled over by cops turn off your stereo if it has a song about killing cops playing.
They’re not looting – they are just “undocumented shoppers.”
Yes, I’ll be here all week, folks! Make sure you tip your waittresses! 😉

Chris Rock has already done this, but of course it was presented as a comedy sketch rather than an “official PSA.” (Pretty much all of its points were commonsensical, encouraged basic courtesy for police officers, and repeatedly made the point that being a noisy asshole and scofflaw doesn’t make you a Bill of Rights champion.)
Rule of Law, that is, unless I disagree in which case its Executive Action.
