The Duggar family… who as Christians, value chastity and sexual responsibility … have earned a special degree of animus and frothing-at-the-mouth hatred from gay leftists like Dan Savage who sneers at their views on chastity and urges them to “f*ck first.” They have also inspired a nasty piece of work in the New Yorker written by gay theater person Paul Rudnick… himself, a nasty piece of work.
The December 8 issue of The New Yorker features gay playwright and screenwriter Paul Rudnick’s satire titled “The Duggar Family Kama Sutra.” The ongoing gag is the Duggars are almost asexual, and their marriages are barren. Under a list of sexual positions, they mock the supposed lack of sex. As in “The Threeway: An advanced technique, in which a mom and her two grown daughters secretly discuss divorcing their husbands, until orgasm.”
Apparently, that last bit is considered the height of sophistication and wit by the gay left. I am left wondering where the part is that I, um, laugh.
To the social left, “sexual responsibility” means, if you’re straight, you drive your partner to the abortion clinic and pay half. If you’re gay, it means not barebacking unless your hook-up’s Grindr profile says he’s neg.
