Gee, Guess What the NY Times Is Accusing Those Who Question Obama’s Love of Country With

February 21, 2015 by V the K

Did you guess “Racism?” Of course it’s “Racism.” With the New York Times, all criticism of Obama is always racism.

When Rudolph Giuliani said that he does “not believe that the president loves America,” he became the latest in a long line of public figures to question the loyalty or allegiance of the country’s first nonwhite president. While these criticisms are ostensibly directed at Barack Obama’s worldview, as Mr. Giuliani later said, they appear to reflect — or exploit — the tendency to associate being American with being white.

Yawn.

Reading the comments in that NY Slimes article… The sheer rage you see in them is almost scary. What are they going to do if in ’16 if, for example, Scott Walker wins in a not close race over Warren?

Yeah it’ll be fun to watch their collective heads explode but at the same time…

I was actually guessing “treason”. I’ve got to keep up better.

Yeah, and they accuse conservatives and Republicans of divisive speech. These people are blind to themselves.

The sheer vitriol spewed-forth at the Mayor by the Liberal pundits — and the hosts — on the Sunday morning shows was embarrassing. “Hateful…”. “Closet racist…”. “Disrespectful of the President…”. But not rebutted with any substance.

Since when do we have Lèse majesté rules in public discourse towards the President in the US? Certainly not under recent Republican Presidents…

Funny thing, when Candidate Obama said that GW Bush took out a credit card from the Bank of China and created a deficit, that he was unpatriotic. No member of the Democrat Party, nor the media took him to task for it. I’ll stand with Rudy. The double standard is alive and well. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; I believe Obama is a closeted muslim. Also, there is no way he could have sat in the front pew of Trinity UCC listening to the diatribes of Rev. Wright, and leave the service a flag waving patriot. Let’s not forget Michelle, she didn’t like America until Barak was nominated, then she fell in love with the country. Am I a racist?

Obama promised to “fundamentally transform” America. Not just to change specific policies (e.g., tax reform), but to “fundamentally transform” the country. And he has repeatedly made speeches in foreign capitals (including those of our worst enemies) apologizing for America’s shortcomings.

If someone proposed marriage to you, then demanded that you “fundamentally transform” into a completely different person, would you believe that he loved you? If your spouse aired your dirty laundry in public, telling total strangers about your failings (“My wife has a drinking problem,” “my husband once flunked a test in school”), would you believe that he/she loved you?

But any suggestion that Barry does not love America is presumed to be “racist.”
