If the US were a Muslim (Islamist) country no one would be giving drivers licenses to women as women are not allowed to drive.

Yep-I wonder why two adults have to not only get permission from the government to get married but pay for the privilege (most states charge about $30 to get that permission).

I can understand needing to provide some proof of the marriage contract but IMO ideally two people would get married, fill out some kind of marriage certificate the. File it with the state for legal purposes.

I’m with Kim Davis for 3 reasons:

    1. if she WAS Muslim, everyone would avoid harassing her and Rubiks-cube their logic on why she doesn’t have to do her job

    2. We have wayyyyy worse issuse to solve

    3. I’m sick of George Takei and his op-eds every 2 seconds like he is the first Outn’Gay man in the United States.

    I’m with Kim Davis:

    – Kentucky allows for conscientious objector status for clerks who refuse to issue hunting and fishing licenses.
-Even if you took away sexual orientation, the Ohio couple who tried to get a license STILL wasn’t eligible under Kentucky law.
-Davis did not violate equal protection, as she was not handing out ANY license. At best, she violated her oath of office, but that fell under Kentucky’s jurisdiction NOT the feds.
