How to Stop Bullying

September 25, 2015 by V the K

Bullying is a huge cause for the progressive left, and they have put forth their usual array of “solutions” to the problem of bullying; such as talking to each other about how bullying is bad, sending social workers into schools to lecture kids that bullying is bad, wearing ribbons to raise “bullying awareness,” and making lots and lots of simpering YouTube Videos.  Most of this is intended not to put an end to bullying but to allow progressive leftists to posture sanctimoniously about how much they care about the issue of bullying.

That doesn’t stop bullying. This does.

Naturally, the school punished the kid who stopped the bullying, because that’s what leftist ninnies do. And they justified the punishment by issuing the usual Public Education nonsense:

‘Huntington Beach High School firmly believes that all students are afforded an opportunity to learn in a safe and secure environment. Because of this, safety is the highest priority,’ the statement said. ‘Huntington Beach High School has a very strong anti-bullying code of conduct and will not condone this type of behavior from any student.’

Leftists punish soldiers in Afghanistan for trying to stop child rape, and they punish football players here at home for defending weaker students from bullies. What the hell is wrong with our country?

Hold your horses, people. He hasn’t been on the football team for a year because of grades, but he is still a hero and did the right thing. The story has been embellished. From someone who lives in Huntington Beach.

UPDATE NO. 4, SEPT. 25, 2:21 P.M.: Cody Pines was not suspended from school after stopping a 16-year-old boy from beating a visually impaired classmate, according to Alyssa Griffiths, Huntington Beach Union High School District’s public information coordinator.
    Her statement:

In the Education Code it is a school district’s responsibility to protect student records, as well as to be of personal support to their families. We want to thank the family of the student who came to the aid of his fellow classmate, as they have granted us permission to share the following information:
Their student has not been suspended over past two school days. He has been eligible to attend school with all privileges both Thursday and Friday of this week, and this eligibility will continue.

The moonbats running our schools want to punish a kid for defending a handicapped victim from a bully. Just as they want to prosecute cops who shoot back at armed robbers in gunfights.

They can’t see the difference between unprovoked aggression and a justified use of force (in self-defense or to protect others). They can’t tell a Pop Tart or an index finger from a handgun.

But they are certain that they (unlike those redneck school authorities in Texas) could tell a circuitry board that looks like an IED from a real IED.

Maybe the blind kid and the kid who defended him could both claim to be Muslims. Then they would be invited to the White House.

I never got the whole ”bullying awareness” stuff. I mean making people aware of the bullying is not going to make it stop.

Episodes like this just proves that progressives are not adults who live in the real world, but are giggling children who want to play make-believe.

This would not be such a problem if progressives weren’t totalitarians determined to force their lunacy on the rest of us.

You need to understand their viewpoint, that they have had drilled into their heads by Ivory Tower Intellectuals who have never seen the outside of a classroom: Violence begets violence. The only reason why these bullies are violent is because they have not been shown any understanding and that using physical violence to stop physical violence only continues the violence, don’t you see.

All we are saying is give peace a chance.

My view on the matter of use of force: violence is not always correct answer, but when used, be sure that it’s the final word.

Yep, this is EXACTLY how you stop a bully. Stop with the indoctrination programs in school, and just give a little what you give. My son did this to his bully at 9, and he was never bullied again.

I’d say punishing someone for defending others is a side effect of the gun control craze, or rather is the same impulse — if liberals make everyone equally helpless, no one will be able to pick on their wussy liberal asses. Or so they think, tho as this incident demonstrates (embellished or not), it actually works the other way around.

Remember, Tom, these people are SJWs, and SJWs project.

They themselves are violent people, so they project that onto others and presume everyone else resorts to violence.

They honestly believe violence begets violence because that is how THEY respond.

Worst of all, they exploit the fact that other people have self-control as a sign of weakness. To flip Reziac’s point, liberals are cowards; they know if ppl do punch back they can’t handle it, so they try to guilt and manipulate others into hamstringing themselves.

Cut-N-Paste rusty is a great example. He’s a bully, and like all bullies, he’s a coward. So he pisses on conservatives and then tries to scream that conservatives are somehow hypocrites and bad people if they punch back.Once you realize that he’s a selfish liar who will say anything and do anything to get his way, you can punch back, and he runs. Notice how he always craps out a post, then runs when he’s called on it?

Kudos to the football player for defending that disabled kid.

And remember people, stuff like this just proves that progressives aren’t adults that live in the real world, but are giggling children who want to play make believe.

This certainly would be no problem if only progressives were not totalitarians determined to force their lunacy on everyone else.
