So, it turns out I’m a Serial Rapist

Once upon a time, in a Fairyland known as ‘Brandeis University,’ two young princes got into a sexual relationship that didn’t work out. Almost two years later, one little prince decided that their entire relationship was nothing but one long rape. He filed a complaint with a University and demanded that the other prince be punished. The University obliged, and after carrying out a secret process without any opportunity for argument or appeal (apparently modeled after a system used in North Korea), the other prince was declared a rapist and a sexual predator.

Here are the alleged offenses that constituted sexual assault according to Brandeis University.

  • Putting his hand on the complainant “JC’s” groin at a movie date, without verbal consent. (The two had consensual sex the next day.)
  • Sometimes waking up JC during their relationship by kissing him, without consent.
  • Sometimes looking at JC’s private areas during their relationship, while showering.

By those criteria, this blogger has literally raped and sexually assaulted almost everyone he has ever gone out with.

Anyway, the guy who was accused of sexual assault was not very happy and sued Brandeis University. The University, of course, fought the suit on the basis — apparently — that there is no actual harm in denying a student Due Process and labeling him a dangerious sexual predator. The court disagreed, and now the lawsuit can go forward.

By the way, this insanity doesn’t exist in a vacuum. The Obama Administration has literally ordained that colleges must handle sexual assaults through North Korean style court systems that deny the accused any semblance of Due Process.

One thing to always keep in mind: Colleges are not just doing this on their own initiative. The Obama Administration effectively ordered them to do this with its notorious “Dear Colleague” letter, instructing colleges that they had better begin installing exciting new kangaroo court innovations unless they wanted to be found in violation of Title IX and lose their federal funding.

Note: The No-Fly list is also an example of something the Government puts you on without Due Process. Hillary wants it to be the basis for denying people the Right of Self-Defense.

Just in Case You Weren’t Convinced Left-Wing SJW’s Are Completely Insane

A college student in Scotland has been targeted with violating a ‘Safe Space’ because she raised her hand in the course of a group discussion.

A university student was threatened with being thrown out of a meeting after being accused of violating “safe space” rules – by raising her hand.

Ms Wilson, 22, was subject to a “safe space complaint” over her supposedly “inappropriate hand gestures” during a student council meeting.

Among the rules the left would like to impose on all of us is the idea that you can never, ever do anything that might make a neurotically hypersensitive individual in any way uncomfortable.

According to the association’s rules, student council meetings should be held in a “safe space environment”, defined as “a space which is welcoming and safe and includes the prohibition of discriminatory language and actions”.

This includes “refraining from hand gestures which denote disagreement”, or “in any other way indicating disagreement with a point or points being made”.

According to ‘Safe Space’ rules, you are not allowed to indicate disagreement by making any forbidden gesture… nodding your head, shaking your head, shrugging, jazz hands… all forbidden because they are “triggering.”

According to EUSA safe space rules, only gestures that indicate agreement are “permissible”, and then only as long as “these gestures are generally understood and not used in an intimidating manner.”

This isn’t about sensitivity to the feelings of idiots; this is a means for the left to control discussion and punish those who dissent from the One Acceptable Politically Correct Viewpoint.

Fighting Monsters with Calcium Carbonate

Much like a bad science fiction where it turns out the monsters can be destroyed using simple table salt (or a simple Apple computer virus), it turns out that the Special Snowflake Socialist Juicebox Wankers have an unforeseen vulnerability to a common substance that is harmless to humans: ordinary chalk.

Turns out that leftist Millennials are even more terrified of chalk than they are of gluten.

California’s Progressive, Pro-Criminal Crime Policies

In California, a one-party progressive state, the Democrats have unlimited power to enact their preferred policies. For example, California is vigorously enacting the two pillars of Progressive public safety policy. First, they are enacting laws designed to make it impossible for law-abiding citizens to defend themselves against criminals. Second, they are releasing from prison tens of thousands of burglars and drug dealers (which progressives call “nonviolent offenders,” or “the urban Democrat voting base”).

Because, according to progressive, politically-correct logic: More criminals + fewer law-abiding people with guns = Crime free, Star Trekkian Utopia.

But are these enlightened policies actually working as expected? Well… yeah, pretty much.

FBI Preliminary Semiannual Uniform Crime Reports show that the property crime rate in San Francisco surged to 667 per 100,000 residents in the first half of 2015. Long Beach was 147 per 100,000; Los Angeles was 145 per 100,000; and Albuquerque was 142 per 100,000.

The rest of the top ten included Sacramento (86 per 100,000), San Jose (66 per 100,000), Baltimore (31 per 100,000), Nashville (11 per 100,000), San Diego (1 per 100,000), and Jacksonville (-25 per 100,000).

So, five of the top ten cities for property crime are in California. (But I’m guessing, most of that crime is in poor and middle class neighborhoods, not the gated communities where Democrat politicians live.) Good-going, progressives!

Meanwhile, in Switzerland, it is once again demonstrated that … as a consistent statistical fact … more guns in the hands of law-abiding people results in less crime. (Too bad progressives suck at math.)
