The State Cracks Down on a Dissident

April 6, 2016 by V the K

This is the kind of thing we used to associate with  Nazis, Soviets in their gulags or some mad regime — Pol Pot or others.

California authorities raid home of anti-Planned Parenthood Filmmaker. “Authorities seized a laptop and multiple hard drives from his Orange County apartment, Daleiden said in an email. The equipment contained all of the video Daleiden had filmed as part of his 30-month project, ‘including some very damning footage that has yet to be released to the public,’ he said.”

Of a piece with this: Sixteen Democrat State Attorney-Generals are preparing to prosecute people who question the dogma of Anthropogenic Climate Change That Can Only Be Prevented by the Imposition of Global Socialism.

Hopefully he had backups on flash drives distributed to his co-workers. PP can not and should not be let off the hook. Period.

    Regards,

This will backfire… now the material is prime for “leaks”.

I would ask if they have the legal authority to do this, but who am I kidding, they could just give themselves the authority anyways.

Peter, in a just world, I would agree with you and TnnsNe1, but we live in Obamerica now, a Nation of Men, not Laws.

This is being done as a not-at-all-subtle bludgeon, to make sure the great unwashed understand their place, to shut up and do what their elected “betters” deem proper. And really isn’t this par for the course given Obama? Whistleblowers are punished while the corruption and graft continues.

PP is obviously going to be defended no matter the Moloch-worshiping baby murder they engage in. Oddly enough, no one asks WHY we still need PP, since we have the truly “wonderful” Obamacare to take care of everyone.

Maybe the same people defending the parting-out of the unborn can answer that.

You know, I shouldn’t have looked at the comments for the original story, but I did, and I regret it. There’s a word for people who cheer suppression just because it helps prop up those who share their political views: evil.

@ Kilroy: I took a peak at them too. Tempted to pull a Madam LaFarge and write their names down.

Is this the United States or is this Cuba? It’s a daily occurence in Venezuela. W@ho would have that in the United States of America, the authorities would break in and confiscate a persons property? There was no mention of a warrant. It’s a shame that with the Judeo-Christian backgound of the Founding Fathers they did not think to define life in the Constitution. They would have had to have a crystal ball to see Roe v Wade, and its negative consequences. I admire the Constitution of El Salvador. The FirstArticle states that it “recognizes a human person from the origen to the end of activity, that the State is organized for the attainment of justice, judicial security, and the common good. Likewise it recognizes as a human person, a complete human being from the instant of conception, as a result it is the obligation of the State to assure inhabitants of the Republic enjoy liberty, health, culture, economic wellbeing, and social justice.”

This dates back to 1983. It could be because this is a predominately a Roman Catholic country; or had science discovered that DNA is evident at the moment of conception? If Roe v Wade could have been prevented, Planned Parenthood would not be in existence today.

This is the same tactic the IRS used to intimidate “patriots”. Also, the same tactic used for the person who made the infamous video that Muslims didn’t see that caused Americans to be killed in Benghazi.

The man being investigated is suspected of identity fraud. The OC is also one of the more conservative areas of the state.

There is nothing more amusing than liberals whining about “identity fraud”, when they in fact support, endorse and protect millions of people committing it.

And there is nothing more entertaining than watching liberals carry out warrantless raids on peoples’ houses when they wet themselves over the idea of arresting and deporting illegal immigrants, even criminals.

The United States is now completely lawless. The Obama Party, represented by Kamala Harris, refuse to enforce the law against illegal immigrants but illegally search and seize citizens’ property.

Don’t make excuses for this. This is the desperate sickness of liberals, and it needs to be crushed.

The Soviets always found something to charge dissidents with when they raided their homes, too.

It could be worse. We could be England, where police officers who are bored while walking the beat will check doors to see if unoccupied houses are unlocked, and then walk around and take pictures of the interior and post them online. Without reprisal.

I wonder if Vince notices that reporters go ‘under cover’ with false identities all the time, yet are not arrested?

Oh wait, silly me… expecting consistency.

Or, to be more precise, intellectual honesty/integrity.
