    Smile? Oh, you have not been watching or listening to his show for the past 8-9 months. It’s far more than that. It’s a continual Trumpathon almost every day. And that’s just his FNC show; I rarely listen to it, but I understand his radio show is worse. It’s funny though that most of the people who were completely turned off by the loving adoration of Barack Obama before and after his ascension to the throne of Messiah President are many of the same ones who readily explain away similar behavior directed towards the Billionaire Buffoon.

    This post highlights why the coastal-centric US media needs to go away. I have long said that there is less a political bias in the mainstream media than a geographic one. This election so far proves it. Is there anyone in traditional media in the New York MSA who isn’t in the tank for either Grandma Cackles or Annoying Orange? It’s quite sad that this presidential election will essentially be between two New Yorkers, particularly these two. At least the nation was better served when the New Yorkers on the national stage were FDR and Tom Dewey.

  10. I stopped watching Hannity when he shilled for Trump like a whore does for her pimp. He is a not intelligent conservative, and for him to go with a man that is the least conservative of all GOP contenders is baffling to me.

  11. V… I have a question for you. I am not a fan of Trump, to say the least. And for the first time since voting Bush Sr. (my first vote) have voted GOP. This will most likely be the first year I do not. And even started a site toi work against Trump, “The Constitutional Federalists of America,” buying many URL variation of it. Anyhew… I started to think and came up with three points that would make me consider my vote drifting back towards the GOP, they are these three:

    ✦ He would have to announce plans to be in office for one term;
    ✦ He would have to announce a conservative leaning VP;
    ✦ He would have to foreshadow his choices he is considering for the Supreme Court.

    It sucks that we have to be soo worried about the Court… these Justices shouldn’t have the power to interpret the Constitution… the Constitution should reign them in. But this is the sad reality we face.

    THE QUESTION IS THIS: If Trump meets the other two, would you consider voting for him? … if not, why not?

  15. To Steve (#7). World War II was in the interests of the United States.

    Absolutely in our interests in the Pacific (we were attacked), and almost as strongly in Europe–not just for diplomatic obligations, but once we finally allowed ourselves to become aware of it, to end the “Final Solution”. (That wasn’t just to save Jews, as the US was no great friend to Jewry back then, but to eliminate the immoral system that could exterminate vast numbers of people considered undesirable or were just hated.)

    World War I was arguable, as was the beginning of the Korean War before we decided to allow it to grind to a stalemate.
