College With 97% Women Decries “Toxic Rape Culture” on Campus

All of the cool kids want in on the trendy “rape culture” fad.

On Monday, student demonstrators denounced what they called a “toxic rape culture” at the St. Paul campus, where 97 percent of the undergraduates are women.

About two dozen protesters marched on the main gate with signs saying “Rape culture is here” and “We will not be silenced.”

Long story short: The son of the couple that owns one of the vendors that services the University went to prison for rape. The Feministas are mad because the University didn’t revoke the contract and burn down the home of the parents of the rapist. Because punishing the owners and employees of a company with a connection to a rapist is what should be done, I guess.

  1. Pertinent question: Did he rape one of the students? If not, they should really tone it down. It’s kinda like trying to punish an entire company because the CEO has a personally held belief you don’t like.

  2. Funny how the article does not say whether Sarah Super was a student. I’m betting that she isn’t.

  3. …protesters accused both the school and the company’s owners of being insensitive to rape survivors.

On Monday, student demonstrators denounced what they called a “toxic rape culture” at the St. Paul campus, where 97 percent of the undergraduates are women.

Before any sane discussion of the above can take place, several points of semantics need to be settled.

!.) Define rape as it is being used in the context of this protest.

2.) What constitutes a “rape survivor?” Does it separate those who died as result of the “rape” defined in #1 above from those who lived after the ordeal? Or is “survivor” a euphemism connoting a “victim” suffering endless, incurable aftereffects? Would this “survivor” syndrome include “probable” victims who believe they might well have avoided a potential rape by staying home?

3.) What differentiates a “toxic” rape “culture” from a “run-of-the-mill” rape culture and from a “benign” rape culture.

4.) What constitutes a rape “culture.” How is it differentiated from a rape “fad” and a rape “trend”?

5.) Of the 97 percent of the women undergraduates at the St. Paul campus, how many have been raped? Is that “rape rape” or some other type of rape? How many of the three percent of non-women undergraduates at the St. Paul campus have been raped? How about “rape raped”?

6.) What of the poor souls who fear rape but who have never been given a chance to possibly encounter potential rape?

  5. The problem is that if 2 ugly lesbians wake up drunk next to each other its twice the rape as a STR8 encounter.

    Immigration is rape culture

  6. My wife and I have noticed that the amerikan women the most obsessed with the alleged “rape culture” (and/or social justice in general) seem to be also, in many cases, the one the most affected with a peculiarly acute attention-crave condition.

We cannot help but ponder if there is not just correlation but also some sort of causation (?)

(I’m just your average french dude, but my wife is the sweet colombian woman one can imagine.)

  9. @8: of course, they are.

The Muslim Youth League is the genuine new duper super cool.

Stoning a person to death on basis of dogma violation is just such an awful lot of fun for the collective who has the rocks.

The only utter evil is that oh sooo dangerous white christian baker who kindly asks to not be forced into business. The latter — a guaranteed future gay exterminator, after he retires I guess — needs to be fined and jailed for Social Justice’s sake!
