For the record: YES, Hillary is a criminal

July 8, 2016 by Jeff (ILoveCapitalism)

…who sought-and-received such special treatment that now, in her own person, she embodies the most corrupt, disgraceful and dangerous aspects of American political life.

Allen B. West gives a summary:

…here’s what FBI Director Comey said regarding Hillary Clinton and this email server episode:

  • He concluded Hillary was “extremely careless” in handling our nation’s secrets.
  • He admitted no reasonable person could have believed putting these emails on a private server was at all appropriate or acceptable.
  • He admitted 110 emails on the server were classified at the time they were sent — showing Hillary not only lied, but knowingly endangered national security as secretary of state.
  • He admitted Hillary deleted work-related emails before turning them over to the State Department, despite her claims otherwise.
  • And, most shocking, Mr. Comey even admitted it’s likely foreign governments hacked her emails — and our adversaries could know critical secrets about the U.S. government because of Hillary’s actions.

[…]
Consider that just last week, there was a secret, private meeting between former President Bill Clinton and U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch…Over the weekend, quietly, Hillary Clinton visited FBI headquarters and then came out to give an interview with MSNBC’s Chuck Todd — who stated he had inside information there would be no charges. Then…Director Comey announces a press conference — as the pre-flight checks were being conducted on Air Force One, preparing to fly President Obama and Hillary Clinton on a campaign ride to North Carolina…Comey announces no charges, and Air Force One takes off. Barack Obama is flying, on taxpayer dollar, not with someone under criminal investigation — but a recently-exonerated Hillary Clinton. This, Ladies and Gents, is the “policy of political corruption” on full display.
[…]
When Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton stood together on that stage [in North Carolina last weekend], you saw two people who abandoned Americans to die and lied about it.

In short, and even if we leave aside the Benghazi deaths, Hillary Clinton is 100% guilty of crimes of negligence – and obstruction of justice (lying to prevent investigation). She was given a giant pass, for no reason except politics.

David Petraeus, convicted. Scooter Libby, convicted. Youtube filmmaker, jailed. Edward Snowden, charged. Hillary Clinton, Democratic nominee for President.

RELATED:

  • 6 criminal laws that the Obama administration nullified for Hillary.
  • 5 people who were prosecuted under those laws. Because, you know, they weren’t Bill or Hillary.
  • Speaker Ryan has asked, rightly, that Hillary not receive classified info for the rest of the election campaign.
  • Comey admits that he never bothered to interview Hillary under oath or recording.

UPDATES:

  • Via Powerline, video of Comey admitting to Congress that the FBI had found that Hillary repeatedly lied to them.
  • Did Hillary & associates illegally steal classified information and damage U.S. national security? Yes.

Democrats can’t be trusted to handle classified information. They can’t be trusted to tell the truth. They can’t be trusted to uphold the law. But they can be trusted to keep filling the trough, and that is all that their constituents (i.e., welfare recipients) care about.

Democrats can’t be trusted to handle classified information.

Of course they can’t. Remember Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), otherwise known as “Leaky Leahy?” He had to be banned from the Senate Intelligence Committee because he was blabbing all sorts of classified secrets.

    SMH…

Donald Trump needs to STFU about his tweets and HAMMER Shillary with these facts, over-and-over like beating a drum.

Can someone stand behind the Donald with an electric cattle-prod for when he goes off-topic and is about to insert his foot in his mouth?? Spontaneity and off-the-cuff riffing is great for a non-politician; but damned*the*heavens someone needs to control the self-damage to the message.

I doubt that Republicans can always be trusted either.

But think about this. Top government officials – like Secretary of State – are heavily advised/indoctrinated about keeping classified information secure. In other words, the only way Hillary could have broken the law/policy like she did is if either:

    1) She is an unimaginably stupid individual. (Which I don’t believe). Or,
    2) She broke it on purpose. Precisely to let someone else hack in.

If it’s (2), then it’s treason – also making her a total hypocrite given her stance on Edward Snowden. I wish I had the omniscient or “God’s eye” view on this thing, sigh.

    Iowahawk:

”If you think there’s a chance that the FBI will recommend prosecuting Hillary, you’ve apparently never watched pro rasslin’.”

University of Tennessee law professor (“Instapundit”) Glenn Harlan Reynolds:

“And no reasonable attorney general meets secretly with the husband of someone under investigation by the FBI, but that’s what happened. Loretta Lynch has gotten a lot of flak for this from across the political spectrum, and with good reason. It’s not just that the “optics” are bad, to use a favorite Washington phrase. It’s that the actuality is bad.”

Tuesday, June 28: Bill Clinton’s private jet just happens to be at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport when Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s private jet was also there and an “impromptu” meeting occurred aboard Lynch’s plane.

    Wednesday, June 29: [Daily Caller]

Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.

If the court permits the delay, the public won’t be able to read the communications until October 2018, about 22 months into her prospective first term as President. The four senior Clinton aides involved were Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Michael Fuchs, Ambassador-At-Large Melanne Verveer, Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin.

    Thursday, June 30:

Reporter Christopher Sign of ABC 15 in Phoenix, AZ appeared on The O’Reilly Factor to talk about his scoop involving that secret meeting between former President Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

“The former president steps into her plane. They then speak for 30 minutes privately. The FBI there on the tarmac instructing everybody around ‘no photos, no pictures, no cell phones.’”

Friday, July 1: Fourth of July weekend madness sidelines the news cycle.

Saturday, July 2:FBI interviews Hillary Clinton for 3 1/2 hours at FBI headquarters. No recordings, no transcripts were made.

Saturday, July 2: A few hours after the FBI questioning of Hilliary Clinton, Chuck Todd of MSNBC “revealed on-air that he had learned for certain that Clinton will not be charged.”

Sunday, July 3: Chuck Todd has exclusive interview with Hillary Clinton on “meet the Press.”

    Monday, July 4: Independence Day

    SECOND WEEK

Tuesday, July 5: In 15 minute announcement, delivered with no advance warning, at 11 a.m. F.B.I. director, James B. Comey recommends that no charges be levied against Hillary Clinton concerning E-mail problems.

Tuesday, July 5: Hillary and Obama take Air Force One together to campaign in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Wednesday, July 6: Nation begins to absorb the runaway freight train that is supposed to be the “conclusion” of e-mail-gate.

Thursday, July 7: James B. Comey testifies in a hearing before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. “Comey said that he believed Clinton was ‘extremely careless; I think she was negligent’ but that investigators did not find evidence she intended to do wrong with her email setup.” (WaPo)

After revisiting this truncated tick-tock of last week, one has to believe that James B. Comey did a rapid-response decision-making marathon with the F.B.I. guys and gals in order to make his definitive Tuesday morning report to the nation.

But that does not account for the high-five response from Hillary with Chuck Todd just moments after the Saturday F.B.I. grilling, her exclusive on Meet the Press and the Obama-Hillary love-fest flight on Tuesday.

Only the willfully blind can fail to see the elephant-sized manipulation of the news cycle.

Hopefully, someone far wiser than I will step forward to explain in clear terms how this is all in accord with essential basic justice and no shenanigans can be inferred.

It’s been suggested by Dr Krauthammer and Pat Buchanan that Comey didn’t recommend prosecution in order to avoid deciding the election. If we give him the benefit of the doubt, that makes some sense.

So it’s left to We The People to decided whether or not HRC is suited for the Oval Office… Comey laid out the evidence to the jury (us).

Given the quality of We The People these days, HRC will, O.J. like, benefit from a stupid jury.

I don’t think TRUMP wants her convicted because she is the easiest candidate the left has for him to defeat. The demonstration that only little people have to obey laws plays in his favor. Sell untaxed cigs in NYC get killed, Treason while Clinton walks.

Which is a fancy way of saying: Comey did it for 100% political reasons, just as I said.

If it were Gary Johnson or Trump or Bernie, would we even be having this discussion? Of course not; any of them would be indicted or at least put before a grand jury, like others before them. Election or not. Comey would be up there saying how the grandeur of the Law must be respected, regardless of elections.

This is also why the Obama administration dragged their feet for so long. The closer to the convention, the harder it would be to replace Clinton on the ballot. This was rigged months and months ago.
