It does speak volumes, but after watching it, I wondered how it would compare to a similar stunt done in 2012. While I’m sure there would have been some NSFW acts and language directed towards that year’s GOP nominee, the level of outrage and vitriol towards this year’s nominee is considerably more intense (and, sadly, often for good reason).

Hate to tell you, but I heard the same kind of vitriol in 2012 and 2008 and 2004 and 2000. Each time the vitriol came from the left toward the Republican nominee.
The party of tolerance and acceptance is neither.

So did I; but not at quite the same level. And there was a defense against the nominees in those other years, often merely irrational hyperbole, with no proof whatsoever. (The daughter of a well-known advice columnist whom I follow on Twitter still refers to GW Bush as “dumb”, even though that has been actually disproven years ago.)
This year however, some of the claims of the left may have merit. When you have a candidate who appears to behave as irrationally as any mental patient and who signs stuff like pledges thrust in front of him with no questions asked gives pause even to those who would otherwise embrace him, however lukewarm the embrace may be.
There’s a fascinating book titled The President Is A Sick Man, detailing the very secret attempt to remove a tumor from then-President Grover Cleveland in 1893. Cleveland, himself a Trumpian and Clintonian-style womanizer who had one of his long-term conquests locked in a mental institution to prevent her from spilling the beans on his behavior, was already besot with trying to keep his previous scandals under control and didn’t need another distraction—however honest it might have been—to further impugn his presidency. Thus the literally off-shore hidden operation that presumably saved his life but wasn’t disclosed to the public until long after he had left office.
While the above book was about a sitting president, in the past few days I’ve wondered if a similar situation might be occurring with the current GOP candidate, though perhaps in the mental health realm instead of the physiological one. What if the person in question was afflicted with a mental disorder (undiagnosed or otherwise) and the powers that be [ie, those around him] were doing their best to keep it under wraps (and often failing)? That’s one of the few logical explanations I can think of for some of the incidents which have occurred in the past year.
There’s a great clamor to have a certain candidate release his tax returns, which quite frankly, I couldn’t give a rodent’s behind about. I think a better quest would be to release health records. Of course that would almost insure that the opposing candidate would have to do the same, and I’m thinking there’s items contained within that wouldn’t be too complimentary to that candidate (which would explain why they haven’t been released already).

Group-thought and soft-Fascism are part-n-parcel of the modern Democratic Party’s demi-socialist ethos. I’m concerned about how-soon (not-if) it turns to nationalist socialist hard-Fascism.
Eight years of Hillary and 4-8 years of her successor, coupled with 4-8 new ‘progressive’ Supreme Court elevations and massive tax codes changes and it will be 20-30 years before balance is restored, if then.

#6… I am not usually doom and gloom…but if Mrs. Clinton gets in the WH, we will be a Republic in memory only.

Some of the things Trump does that seem irrational are traps set for people to fall into. Ted Cruz submitted the speech he gave at the DNC, TRUMP let him kill his career with it. DNC moslem KHAN had to take down his law firms website after it was reviled he advocated for sharia law in the US & put moslems onto welfare and social security disability.
HilLBOt 1000 needs to be told “keep talking you are ok”. Look at her face, worth a TRUMP commercial http://www.theamericanmirror.com/video-hillary-panics-protesters-shout-near-stage/

Good news about the American woman killed in London saw this in a comment section. Keep on targeting weak open borders leftists that think moslems are equal:
“The great horrible irony is that Horton’s professor husband is a prominent member of a left wing front pro immigration “academic” group (AERA) which actively supports mass immigration of Muslims into the US and Europe.”

Well, the no information voters, some of them conservative Democrats, gave us Trump. When orange man loses in November, I don’t want to hear any whining from them. But they are likely like their fuhrer, always blame someone else for your own actions.

It’s already starting to happen. Sean Insanity claims to hold “establishment Republicans” responsible if his hero doesn’t get elected in November. Yet these are the same establishment Republicans that he claims are ineffectual and irrelevant and not worth listening to in the first place—and therefore presumably powerless. El Rushbo is also starting to develop a “don’t look at me” narrative as well.

Gee- in that second section, I couldn’t tell if that was Democrats or NeverTrumpers. oh well, if it’s Trump or Trump supporters I guess that makes it okay to act like that… right, guys?
