A major hurricane is threatening millions of lives along the Florida coast. The Hillary campaign saw this as an excellent opportunity to buy ads on The Weather Channel.

Politico reports that the Clinton campaign has purchased $63,000 worth of ads on the go-to weather station slated to run over the course of five days in the Florida market.

Good luck with that. Here in Miami the locals watch the local affiliates.

Not seeing the problem here. The Weather Channel sells ad time; whoever ponies up the $$ can buy that time. If HRC is buying here, The Donald should simply do the same.

One thing they haven’t figured out is that when the storm makes landfall, the electricity in all probability will go out.

Which means that they just flushed $63K down the drain for ads which nobody in Florida will see.

And they wonder why nobody trusts them on the economy?

Sound advertising plan, so far as it goes. Although as Fausta and Peter H. have pointed out, the ads may not be seen as much as the HRC-ers hope.

If Trump did buy ad time on the Weather Channel, Clinton and her flying monkeys (aka the media) would accuse him of exploitation. Just as they criticized him for going to Louisiana after they criticized Bush for not going to Louisiana. And made excuses for Barry not going to Louisiana.

If anyone is in the path take care. Keep your gas tank full beforehand, & fill you bathtub with water so you can flush the toilet with it. Have cash on hand to buy things if the power/internet goes out.

I’ll say one thing though, the Dems sure are organized and active. Just read these three short articles–why can’t the GOP be more proactive and have groups doing registration drives, checking (and suing) re voter rolls etc.?

13 Did you miss Holder fighting Florida’s Felon No Vote Law by saying 1/3 of voting age blacks are felons, or stopping Florida from removing people who said they are not citizens when sent jury duty notices who voted from the voter rolls?

Crooked Eye Clinton has the media on her side but she has to pay for everything she gets done.

#3 Southern Man, The issue is of the mercenary nature of the Democrats & Hillary. As an example, they stand on the graves of the dead to further their gun confiscation agenda & in this Hillary uses the idiotic climate change/warming hoax as a backdrop to further the globalist agenda of control. Remember that Obama just signed a moronic “treaty” about emissions touting it as saving the planet & himself as its savior. Literally.

Yes, because anytime I’ve watched a weather station for coverage of severe weather in my area, I always get warm and fuzzies towards the subjects of commercials that interrupt coverage. /sarc off

Honestly, what kind of message is she trying to send? “I’m Hillary Clinton, and if you elect me, I will make sure you never face another hurricane again”? I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure associating oneself with the devastation of a hurricane is not a smart political move. Just ask Chris Christie.

And Governor Scott has stood up to the Clinton Campaign’s “request” to extend the voter registration deadline of October 11 due to the hurricane. He said “….I am not going to extend the deadline because people have had enough time to register….”. ✊
