CEO makes a death threat; is then shocked by death threats

Your Left at work:

The idiot made a detailed death threat against President-Elect Trump, on social media.

He was then surprised that it got out to society. You know, surprised that people on social media would be social with it.

He tried to plead that it was a joke, that it was alcohol-fueled, and that it was only meant to be private (i.e., he’s sorry he got caught). But those excuses didn’t stop his getting some death threats in return.

Surely those threats were also jokes, alcohol-fueled, and only meant to be private. Even so, when it was done to him, he was shocked – and for some reason he felt a need to go into hiding.

His former company, to its good credit, has gotten rid of him. And he has apologized; God bless him, for that. Hat tip HotAir.

UPDATE: Your Left at work, again. The Left’s New Hot Meme has arrived. Lefties will be labelling all news/opinion sites that dare challenge them as “Fake News”.

We can foresee what comes after: The Left will eventually get its “Fake News”-labelled sites to be banned or boycotted by Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo,, and so on. In this way, the Left will once again control all discussions and get the peasants to conform. Google has started going there.

You know, because obviously the best way to govern a continent-sized country with a highly diverse population is to centralize all power and authority in one city on the East Coast.; the Progressive Dream.

A federation of states was a wonderful idea in the late 18th century, but represents an unnecessary and costly burden in the early 21st. Two layers of government — federal and local — offers a cleaner, more sensible and much more affordable system than our current one, a notion not unlike cutting out the middle layer of an overly bureaucratic, inefficient company. Eliminating this middle layer would save the American people billions of dollars a year, the kind of money that could go a long way toward paying down our national debt or preparing for our looming crises in Social Security and health care.

How, he doesn’t explain. Maybe the same way Obamacare made health care more affordable and efficient.

To the Progressive Left, states should serve as nothing more but administrative districts that enforce the edicts of the Great City of Washington and the Enlightened Progressive Political Class that knows what’s best for everyone.

Vice President-elect Mike Pence has ordered the removal of all lobbyists from President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team, The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday night.

[H/T: Business Insider]

Demonstrating once again that Trump has no idea how Washington works and how dangerous it is to bring in an outsider for the Very Serious Business of running the country.

Just kidding. Screw those ticks.

BTW Obama promised when he ran for president that there would be no lobbyists in his administration, and then he hired lobbyists to work in his administration.

The Press did not care.

The Anti-Trump press isn’t covering this story much, but they are absolutely livid (and butthurt) that Trump went to dinner without telling them.

As Trump Leaves Press Behind for Steak Dinner, Incoming Admin Already Showing Lack of Transparency.

In a highly unusual move, President-elect Donald Trump on Tuesday night left his Manhattan residence without notifying the reporters covering him or giving any indication of where he was going.

The maneuver seemed to deliberately limit access to the media.

*Now* the media are complaining about a lack of transparency? Ahem.
