Normalizing Pants-Crapping Insanity

January 6, 2017 by V the K

Rachel Maddow was interviewed on the Bravo network where she … as the official representative of all smart progressives… opined on Donald Trump.

“If you booked Donald Trump on your show, what would your first question be?” Cohen asked Maddow, reading a viewer question.

After a pause, Maddow deadpanned: “Are you going to send me or anybody that I know to a camp?”

So, apparently this kind of “thinking” is mainstream on the left.

In an earlier interview Maddow (although it could have been Chris Hayes or Kyle McLachlan or k.d. lang, you can never be sure) said that she was “reading a lot about what it was like when Hitler first became chancellor.” And I’m all like, “Dude, you’re how old and how educated and you’re just now reading about how Hitler came to power?”

Greta Susteren? MeAgain Kelly? Meet your new queen bee. She’s nuts.

You know, Hillary Clinton literally talked about sending people to camps, but you don’t really hear the left acknowledging this so much.

Rachel does know that the “camps” have existed mostly in countries run by people of her political persuasion doesn’t she?

Countries run by people who think like her are camps, border to shoreline.

These fools don’t realize that all the things that they are sure Trump wants to do have already been done by other presidents — all of them Democrats.

Putting Americans in camps? Sending refugees home to be slaughtered? That was Franklin Roosevelt. Abusing women? JFK and Bill Clinton. Signing anti-gay legislation? Bill Clinton again. Expanding racial segregation? Progressive hero Woodrow Wilson. Being an all-around monstrous person? Lyndon Johnson.

Then again, Trump has been a liberal Democrat most of his life, so maybe they’re onto something.

Dear Mr TRUMP, could you send me to the On Point Tactical survivalist camp?

It’s a damn shame that 3rd rate cynics like Maddow aren’t able to be competent in their positions opposition. One always respects a gifted opponent. Unfortunately, cynicism isn’t an indication of intelligence & ability. Even at her most passionate, with plenty of time for Rachel thoughts, she’s only able to muster something that sounds like cotton in her mouth. It’s best that she identifies this year as a real man that wears glasses, that don’t look Warhol hand me downs. Yeah, she’s the tomboy in the corner that needs more book learnin’.

When Maddow said she’s “reading a lot about what it was like when Hitler first became chancellor” that not the same thing as ” how Hitler came to power.” How Hitler came to power and what conditions were like when he came to power — those are different things. Furthermore, she didn’t say she was “just now” starting her investigation of such things. It’s possible to know about something and still want to learn more. In fact, that’s generally a good thing.

Seattle Times columnist Jerry Large had a Dec. 26 piece highlighting a 96-year-old German immigrant who remembers Hitler’s rise to power and sees parallels with Trump. I read it and thought, “I might not be 96 years old, but I am old enough to remember when George W. Bush was in office and the leftists paraded through the streets carrying signs that read “Bush=Hitler” and that they called the president “Chimpy McBushitler.” Ho-hum, everyone they don’t like is Hitler.

Rachel, you ought to go to a camp, that is for children. You can finger paint, hold a teddy bear, and not have any micro aggressions against those meanies.

The 2%ers have to pay for your own camp. Deportation was definitely a possibility were civil war to ensue if the 2%ers ever showed the testicular fortitude necessary to unilaterally abrogating the COTUS. Alas, a bloodless revolution, the 2%ers have to emigrate of their own accord. No secession for less than 2% of the population that politically identify themselves by their neurotic behavior and its associated paraphilias/delusions, either.

Does she (and so many others on the left) actually know that Castro – whom they all expressed condolences for when he died – actually did send gays to camps?

And, of course, I do NOT mean summer camp where everyone sings Kumbaya; it was LABOR camp. It was meant as a way to make them more “manly.”
