Sally Kohn Lays It Out

This is what the left is dreaming and scheming to bring about.

1. Impeach Trump & Pence
2. Constitutional crisis
3. Call special election
4. Ryan v Clinton
5. President Clinton

Problem being that there is no Constitutional Provision for a “Special Presidential Election.” Even if… if… Trump (and for some reason Pence) were impeached, Paul Ryan would become President. (And this woman is regarded as an intelligent and accomplished Spokeswoman for All Gay People by the Democrat Media Complex.)

The thing this really demonstrates is how desperately deranged the Democrat Left has become; they really wanted that corrupt, decrepit, influence-peddling, disaster-in-a-pantsuit to be president.

  2. How on earth does Sally Kohn put her shoes on by herself in the morning??

Maybe it’s her partner who is really the smart person in the household. (There are couples like that, you know.)

  3. Well, why not? After all, the left is an anti-white, anti-Western, anti-American movement now. And they believe The Constitution is a product of ‘dead white men’, and has no firm meaning.

These people are mad. They see only what they want, and what they want has all the condition of a five-year-old child holding their breath until they get want they want.

As one wise Twitter user deadpanned, “If a comedian has to explain the joke, then they failed, not the audience.”

  7. Impeachment doesn’t mean removal. As we saw with Billy Bob Clinton. Impeachment isn’t on the table, there is nothing being done [mistakes] meriting impeachment & the GOP controls Congress currently their careers are being kept in a locked bag, in the back room of Tea Party Movt Central [a hypothetical place]. So, no impeachment & Trump is doing just fine. That’s the status of things right now.

Again, all the Democrats have are fantasies – & they’re quite happy & smug about their fictions, I might add. I’ve been pushing back against the notion but, I’m wondering if there really is a Democrat Party anymore.

  8. Hi V the K,
    My favourite is this one:
    “1. Impeach Trump & Pence
    2. Constitutional crisis
    3. I become king
    4. Racism is over
    5. Lemonade retroactively awarded Album of the Year”

  9. Sally Kohn is not a very good comedian. I’m not familiar with her, but I can’t help but think she was serious and than tried to play it off like a joke.

However, I wouldn’t be shocked if most Republicans right now are waiting for Trump to do himself in so they get Pence into the presidency. The way things went down with Flynn and how it was reported in the media created a separation of sorts between Pence and whatever else might happen (if anything happens) with the Russia situation.

    Comment by CrayCrayPatriot — February 15, 2017 @ 3:00 pm - February 15, 2017

  10. No evidence that Flynn did anything wrong, NYTimes piece was garbage, it was a repeat from October & it admits there is no evidence of its allegations. Fake news, for the morons of the world.

Trump isn’t in danger, Pence is his man & everything is fine. That happens to be the facts of the matter. The ONLY mistake that Trump has made has been in complying with the lower stay of his immigration ban.

Sally Kohn, for those of you not bother to look up who she is by using a simple search, is a 3rd rate Lesbian anchor of a 4th rate network. She’s not the smartest stick in the fence & tends to smile through her stupidity.

  12. It doesn’t astound me any more how few know the Constitution. The succession is laid out in one of the amendments (I forget which one). After Ryan is the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Orin Hatch. After him is the Secretary of State followed by other cabinet members. there is no, absolutely no, chance for a special election.

  14. I’m only going to say this one more time, for the dupes. There is no evidence that Flynn did anything wrong. Aside from trust issues within the White House. You can vomit out as many Lib sites as you want. No evidence is offered. Nothing. The ONLY thing that’s happened is the leaks & that’s troubling & everyone should be concerned by our intelligence community members leaking {doesn’t mean providing evidence or proof} information. I can just imagine the smug little Lib faces thinking they have something. You don’t. 50 years ago that smugness would have warranted a punch in the kisser. It still might, if there’s no evidence or witnesses.

I’m confident the new directors of our intelligence communities will be able to can & purge the Libs. BTW, it’s a fiction that the intelligence community is upset with Trump. Pure fiction. The lower level Lib functionaries will need to re-purposed.

  17. You have to understand that Sally Kohn is dwelling in this fantasy land where Hillary breezed into the White House. No, this is all a terrible nightmare, and if we just cause enough problems we will wake up and everything will be better.

    Comment by Craig Smith — February 15, 2017 @ 6:15 pm - February 15, 2017

  18. Re: Flynn. I’m onboard with Andrew McCarthy at NR: make the tape public. It should settle the issue one way or the other. If the media is caught lying (again), people need to know. If it’s truthful then we can know FLynn lied and move on.

In either case, if bureaucrats are leaking confidential information, they need their butts nailed to the wall (hard prison time). I’ve seen some pieces in lefty media (can’t remember where) decrying the “coup” that may have occurred here (CIA functionaries leaking what may be innuendo) – observing that spy agencies (especially) shouldn’t be using confidential information to undermine elected government regardless of party in power.

Our politics are bad enough without having unaccountable bureaucrats with an axe to grind screwing things up even more.

  19. Hey Butch Dyke Kohn:

Why do we need these five occurrences? Just bring in the Communist storm troopers, get rid of the Constitution because you don’t believe in it, and have Hillary as President for life. Then pass it on to her daughter or some other butch dyke for the remainder of the 2020s. Then round up all the straight white men and conservative gays and shoot all of them dead.

  21. As we learned during the Nixon administration, the line of succession doesn’t go President-VP-Speaker of the House. It Goes Pres-VP. Then VP is the Pres and appoints a new VP. Then the New VP is next in line, ahead of the Speaker. Thus the Ford Administration.

  23. For those who have forgotten, this is how President Gerald Ford became president. In the extremely unlikely event that Item 1 were to happen, the 25th Amendment applies. No constitutional crisis. No special election; Congress elects the replacement president. No Ryan vs Clinton election and no Hillary Clinton Presidency.

    Comment by Jay Dee — February 16, 2017 @ 10:32 am - February 16, 2017

  24. Both paths are correct: Craig Smith’s (#12) and Professor Hale’s (#21). If there is time, the Gerald Ford model is applied. If there is no time, or the VP is also impeached and convicted, then the amendment on succession, #25, applies.

There is no excuse for Sally Kohn’s thinking there could be a special election for President.

But Donald Trump supported same sex marriage before either Clinton or Obama the gay rights movement hates him.
