FBI Director: The Laws Don’t Apply to Clinton or Clinton Cronies

May 3, 2017 by V the K

According to FBI Director Jim Comey, the reason Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin weren’t prosecuted for mishandling classified information is because… they didn’t think they were breaking the law against mishandling classified information.

This is nothing new… Steve Martin pioneered this defense way back in the 1970’s.

The question is, could you or I, as ordinary citizens and not members of the Ruling Political Elite avail ourselves of the “I didn’t know it was against the law defense?” when under investigation from the FBI?

I don’t think so.

I’ve been saying this all along. COMEY, a political appointee, IS A CLINTON/OBAMA/DNC AGENT. He gave Hillary’s Presidential run a tremendous boost – when he conspired (I believe/guess) with AG Loretta Lynch to not indict Hillary, and to quickly close the second (October) email investigation. All this “Comey cost her the election” stuff is nonsense. He was busting his tail for her.

One of the most fundamental maxims of the legal system is this:

“Ignorance of the law is no excuse.”

If it were, everyone would be entitled to one mass murder.

I can’t even get away with that defense for traffic tickets… “I didn’t know there was a law against going 80mph on the Interstate in VA, officer.” That’s ok. Here’s your $268 ticket anyway.

WHAT??… “I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has happened.

“So this is how the Rule of Law dies… with thunderous applause from the DNC.”

Our rulers have been letting us know for years that there are no democratic means of restraining them and now they’re onto letting us know that they operate under a different set of rules (as do their favored segments of the ruled-over population).

So “public servants” are considering the consequences of charging an illegal immigrant of a minor crime… I wonder how many citizens paying fines, doing jail time or probation, who find careers curtailed due to conviction for a minor crime are wondering WTF.

Scooter Libby and Martha Stewart could not be reached for comment.

I don’t mind when serious racketeers get enmeshed with the law on a technicality, as Al Capone was. But when a famous personality or a political enemy is shot down on a technicality, my “ethics” radar spins.

The Clinton Foundation is ripe for RICO testing. It is also about the very worst of “charities” in terms of the ratio between operating overhead and funds reaching the target group.

When Bill Clinton shows up chatting up the Attorney General while his presidential candidate wife is in deep water concerning her “understanding” of what constitutes national security, any bozo knows that muscle is in play.

Anyone who lived through the Monica Lewinsky dismiss and deflect horse crap knows that the Clintoons are masters at power over substance.

Comey is scared bowelmovementless over having to take on the reality of messing with junk-yard-dog (Clintoon-o-sphere) politics. He would rather throw a little finger bone to the Repugnats and then head for the tall grass.

I’ve been saying this all along. COMEY, a political appointee, IS A CLINTON/OBAMA/DNC AGENT.

I think that’s a yuuge stretch. This is a person who was twice a George W. Bush appointee, and was previously Deputy Attorney General (under the GW Bush admin). He knows, probably exquisitely, how the game is played. So somehow he became an Obama/Clinton disciple after his appointment as FBI Director? Because he would have no other job prospects otherwise, should he not become a disciple? I’ve heard of extreme gratitude, but it seems a bit ridiculous for someone of his stature. (This would be more of a Tommy Vietor/’Jon Favs’ approach.)

The more likely explanation is that he was walking a fine line in a damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don’t scenario. First, he heads an agency with a legendary reputation, and often not a positive one. At one point it was the US equivalent of the KGB, sans extreme enforcement team. His immediate supervisor is the one who was playing the politics game. She was the one who met privately on an airport tarmac with the spouse of the investigative target. She didn’t give a carp if the department she controlled was political; indeed, her predecessor was rewarded for it. Meanwhile, his agency is supposed to be apolitical and yet, he became involved in an investigation which was labeled as being totally political. Can you imagine the pressure on him to come to a conclusion so that the powers that be could put it behind them and keep talking about how The Other Candidate loves to grab people by the hoo-ha? It had to have been akin to the old Joan Rivers joke about Elizabeth Taylor in front of a microwave oven (“Hurrrrrrry!”).

Good investigations don’t come about when they are rushed (and in many cases, sources tend to get nervous when they sense too much outside pressure). Yet here he was, forced to come forth with evidence that each side in a political battle hoped would prove their hypothesis true, even as new details were emerging. I wonder if he thought about resigning prior to November 8th—or perhaps was ‘convinced’ not to?

Comey is scared bowelmovementless over having to take on the reality of messing with junk-yard-dog (Clintoon-o-sphere) politics. He would rather throw a little finger bone to the Repugnats and then head for the tall grass.

Yup. This is worse than J. Edgar being afraid to take on The Mob. At least everyone hates the Mafia.

So wait, ignorance of the law excuses you from it if you’re rich enough/powerful enough? Isn’t that just a rehash of the “affluenza” defense?
