Oh Noes, more Tyrannies!!!111!!!

At least 44 high-ranking members of the notorious MS-13 gang face federal charges after they were rounded up and arrested in Los Angeles pre-dawn police raids.

Hundreds of federal and local law enforcement officers fanned out across the city early Wednesday morning and stormed homes and storefronts to nab leaders of the Mara Salvatrucha gang.

Authorities – headed by the FBI – arrested 21 people at more than 40 locations on various charges, including narcotics trafficking and other violent crimes. Many of them were illegal immigrants.

Three alleged MS-13 gangsters were charged in the racketeering indictment for murders they committed in connection with the gang’s activities.

Illegal immigrants? You don’t say. In other words, the people rounded up are the people the California State Government wants to provide with free legal assistance, college tuition, and neck massages.

I mean, heaven forfend that these wonderful people should face deportation for such niggling offenses as drug trafficking,  DUI’s, sex trafficking, armed robbery, assault, murder or those other robust benefits of an open borders/Sanctuary state.

I note these raids happened after three years of dithering under the Obama Administration.

  1. “Authorities – headed by the FBI – arrested 21 people at more than 40 locations on various charges…”

How do you arrest 21 people at 40 locations? Take them in a buss to another location and arrest them again? Arrest a fraction of a person at each location? This makes no sense. # of people arrested must >= number of arrest locations.

  2. Well, Professor Hale, it was a Government Operation. So, you have to expect some inefficiency.

Exactly. These raids weren’t planned by Trump. And they probably weren’t suggested by Trump (to happen now). Yet… There is a pattern, not only with these raids but many others, of law enforcement officers suddenly “moving” since Trump became President. Almost as if something (or someone) was holding them back, before.

I haven’t done the work yet to assemble the evidence but I have a hunch that narco trafficking gangs, human trafficking, Democrats and Deep State are all connected somehow, and the reason they’re going balls-out against Trump (with all the manufactured media hysteria and leak-fueled innuendo) is because he’s a threat to their interests.

  4. Considering the billions and billions of dollars involved in the narcotics trade, it is easier to believe that significant amounts of money are flowing to politicians, high-level bureaucrats, and party coffers than it is to believe the opposite.

  5. Another part of the “Wall”.. illegals have stopped collecting Food Stamps in order to stay off the radar of the Trump administration.

The “Wall” is physical, legal and economic.

  6. Whoa. So, by the Left pushing a narrative that Trump is a racist bigot who wants to put gay and illegals in death camps…the Left has actually helped to scare away illegals?

Not all that unusual, Professor – criminals aren’t always cooperative in being where you hope to find them in a raid.

  8. the working American citizens get taxed by the politicians, the illegal colonists get benefits from the politicians. shows who the politicians serve and who they oppress.

  9. Meanwhile, Governor Moonbeam said he has “had enough of freeloaders.” By which he meant people who balk at ever-increasing taxes.

He said that the money was needed for roads and universities. He circumspectly avoided mentioning that his state also spends tax revenue on free legal representation for illegal immigrants.

Got that, everyone? People who work and pay taxes are freeloaders. And war is peace, slavery is freedom, and ignorance is strength.

  10. He said that the money was needed for roads and universities.

Yeah, and some gullible muckerfothers really believe it will be spent that way. Vince, for example. These “emergency tax increases for infrastructure” have a long history of being diverted for the pet projects of politicians.

And it’s not like there is any opposition in California to hold the ruling party accountable.

Or, put another way, they were covering all the bases they had intel on; but only found persons of interest at just over half the locations they were scouting out.
