The Nutty Professor who was allegedly assaulting people with bike locks on behalf of Antifa, during those riots in Berkeley, and who was later arrested.
The update is, he has a lawyer. The lawyer loves “Brother Comrade Hugo Chavez” and “escalating the lack of peace” in America today.
Up against Tucker Carlson on TV, he claims that Clanton either wasn’t there at the riots, or wasn’t the one hitting people with bike locks, and anyway those nasty right-wingers deserved it.
Along the way, he also claims that the recent Portland killer, a documented Bernie Sanders and Jill Stein supporter, was right-wing. Lawyers!
I have very strong feelings towards this POS, and I’m not sure I could use this kind of euphemism for him. My mind keeps going back to the video and it crushes my soul just a little bit. I’m not normally a violent/ confrontational person, and this sub-human angers me a great deal.
I watched some of the Carlson show a few days ago, and it makes sense that the lawyer is going to throw out some crazy theories/justifications, etc. I don’t buy them (not even close). He never had a chance (with me). And I hope that no one would actually fall for that sh!t.
My first reaction was: He’s doing his job. He’s a defence attorney. He’s going to have to say SOMETHING.
But, then, why is he on Tucker Carlson? If I were the defence attorney, the last thing I would want to do would be to draw attention to this particular case. Perhaps he’s vetting what kind of defence he’s going to utilise in the court of public opinion? Or maybe he has taken the case pro bono and he’s trying to drum up publicity for himself as a talking head on cable news. Whatever the case, he can suck it.
If his lawyer didn’t encourage him to take a plea, he has a very bad lawyer. Looks like he hired another progressive media wh0re.
