Hyperbole Everywhere

July 26, 2017 by V the K

The new Democrat rhetorical style is to shout hyperbolic accusations while insisting they are not being hyperbolic.

John McCain voted yes on the idea that the Senate should have a debate about how to fix Health Care… again. To Democrats… who aren’t being hysterical at all… this means everyone will die.

If the House bill – or any variant of it – passes, thousands will go bankrupt or die. This is not hyperbole. This is real.

Yes, it is no exaggeration at all to say that if Obamacare is ever repealed or replace with anything other than Government-Run Bureaucratic Health Care (i.e. Single Payer, i.e. VA healthcare for everybody, i.e. Charlie Gardcare), we will go back to the Dark Days before 2010, when American Health Care looked like this.

Also, PDT addressed a group of Boy Scouts. Histrionic leftists Godwined out.

I really hate invoking Hitler because it is sensational 99% of the time but god damn does he make this look like a Hitler Youth rally.

Trump has officially succeeded in making the Boy Scouts feel a bit like the Hitler Youth, which was made mandatory by the Nazis in 1936.

Other prominent leftists agreed; Trump is totally Hitler and the Scouts are totally, like, Hitler Youth. The same people who like putting little boys in dresses and make-up and marching them in Pride Parades are feigning outrage that Trump “politicized” the Boy Scouts.

I thought the Boy Scouts were okay again now that they have gone full-left, embraced the LBGT agenda, and were ridding themselves of the values of “toxic masculinity.” (Loyalty, honesty, bravery, and such like).

You gotta wonder how far this hyperbolic rhetoric can go, really. It is the Democrats’ primary means of arguing for their agenda, but once you are seriously saying that Boy Scouts are Nazis and Republicans are killing people… seriously, where do you go from there?

Where do you go from there? You start killing people in the name of love and diversity.

People have been going bankrupt and dying these last several years, *because of obamacare*. I fault GOP and Trump for not getting that message out enough.

And that lefties would go Godwin over Trump just telling the Boy Scouts they can be normal again…Man, are lefties clueless about why Trump won. That’s it, right there!

Don’t pay them much heed. These are just the death throes of the Progressive movement and its host/victim the DNC, with all of the associated spastic and paradoxical motions. Let it die in peace.

It will get worse (for them) before it gets better: We still have to suffer through the final act in 2020 when the last, dying gasp of the DNC establishment pushes forth their decrepit sacrifice — another Mondale or Romney to prove that they are still in charge. Whether it’s Hillary (I doubt it, she’s too slick) or someone expendable like Fauxcahontas doesn’t matter, the 535 to 3 Electoral spread will make it clear that’s the end of the old guard.

Then, just maybe, the seeds of populism will get a hold like they did to the RNC last year. It might be President Oprah in ’24, or someone not even on the playing field yet, but they (and we) will be in for another wild ride.

Bank on history repeating itself. A lot.

I think the US Left is actually using the already toxic rhetoric of UK politics, without actually liking the British or bothering to understand them. The moronic socialist British public automatically vomits out poodle this poodle that when there’s a reaffirmation or a new relationship with a foreign leader to a US president. Regardless of which party in the US is involved. Then there are preciously clever innuendos regarding sex & otherwise within their press conferences & commentary.

I noticed that the latest 15 pieces on Media Matters has 3 dedicated anti-Trump criticism of the new no trannies in the military policy that’s coming out & assume that’s now the Democrat Media’s current focus, backed up by multiple repetitive questions of the same during Sarah’s press briefing today. Though there have been multiple Hitler Youth references to the Jamboree rally by different echo chamber voices in the Democrat Media. Meaning, the priority is the trannies in the military & there would be an email barrage from Brock’s empire about the Scouts.

Where do they go from there? More of the same. It’s formulaic.

Further, I expect the Gay Mafia to now get involved to strongarm Congressmen & women & stage more dance parties.

I don’t think there is a solution to healthcare in this country.

For decades, people have been conditioned to believe that any out-of-pocket expense is unreasonable. I can remember insurance meetings at work in the 80s where people wanted to know if contraceptives were covered. I knew then that people did not think of insurance as a hedge against large, unforeseen losses.

And the provider side bought in, hook, line, and sinker. For hospitals, no expense is unreasonable which accounts for the mega-centers we have now; lawyers skimming billions for bad outcomes where there is no actual malice of negligence; etc.

No one would expect auto insurance to cover the car wash, tires, and oil changes – at least without massive rate increases – but that’s what we expect of medical insurance.

The GOP’s actions remind me of the dog that catches the car: surprised and bewildered with no clue what to do with it.

KCRob: I see them more as the wimpy outcast who kept up a constant stream of taunting and empty threats, secure in the knowledge that they would never have to actually fight. Now they’re in panic mode as one excuse after another for their deliberate inaction and cowardice crumbles like their osteoporosis-ridden “spines”.

The “parliament of whores” has obviously been bought off as they whine to us how complex it all is and how we just don’t understand health insurance intricacies and it’s just not that easy and they’re working so hard at it but, but, but……..It was so easy when they knew it would never pass!
