“Silence is violence… also, those we disagree with should be silenced.” (HT: PJW)

Honestly, I don’t get white supremacy because this picture demonstrates how truly effing stupid white people can be.

  1. Hmmm, 32-yo part-time grad student still looking for his “purpose in life” …while making mediocre over-priced coffee from fair-trade beans.

  2. (just speculation of-course)

  3. Don’t be overly judgemental — just because the coffee is mediocre doesn’t mean that it should be ashamed to charge whatever it thinks it deserves.

  4. What the person really wants to say.

If you try to silence me (or I say you are wanting to silence me), you are committing violence. I must protest and respond with violence.

If I or my comrades try or want to silence you, we are standing up to power, upholding the great First Amendment that gives us the right to make you silent because of your hate.

Our rights are not to be infringed while you should shut up about your bigoted and hateful opinions and thoughts..

  5. @4 AFAICT, a faithful literal translation from SJW Newspeak to plain English.

  6. Minding your own damned business is silent.
    Projected madness is violent.

Seems to be confusing mass hysteria with what used to be common sense. How the hell can a world grown up in seem like the once upon a time?

  7. @5

How the hell can a world grown up in seem like the once upon a time?

    Tough question.

And the relatively short timespan in which this has unfolded — 1968–present — is quite mind boggling, too.

  8. Funny that you should mention 1968+. It reminds me of when I read Stonewall, which was a very crude and disorganized glimpse (six, actually) of fragments of 1960-69 (and a little beyond). I see it now for what it is: An Origin story for the madness we live in now.

  9. A perfect example of those in the herd who ultimately wind-up kneeling on the edge of a freshly-dug roadside ditch when their dreamed-of Revolution actually comes.

    “But, but… ” **crack**

  10. I don’t think he intends any contradiction at all. If you hold views he dislikes, you need to shut up. But if you are silent, you are guilty of dissent by silence. So the only acceptable course of action is to adopt his worldview- or at least parrot it in his presence. Which sounds about right for the level of sociopathy we’re getting from the current crop of Leftists.

  11. Silence implies consent.

And that’s what these people are counting on. People too scared to say anything (even if they disagree) and then these people cram more and more “hate” speech laws down our throats.

That which you tolerate, will get worse.

  13. 8.Funny that you should mention 1968+.

1965 is when Hart/Celler reversed US immigration policies to favor the 3rd world.

Now a 60IQ HIV+ somali moslem has an easier time getting into the US than a blond Cambridge graduate who speaks 5 languages & is married to a US veteran.

The Kennedys and the jews that sponsored it promised everything that has happened since would be impossible to happen. Lucky for them they didn’t base investments off of what they said.
