no no…he thinks the dems are able to lift a few more pounds than the Repubs..hence “Strong Majority”.
Or he is not referring to the vote in the house, but instead referring to those in his PARTY who voted for it (all those nasty republicans don’t count in his fantasy world)

I am still believing that Obama can take or leave a second term.
He will be just as popular with supporters/fawners either way.
That being said: I also think he is trying to p*** off as
many people as possible (who are not his supporters/fawners),
and at the same time enjoying the idea of doing anything he likes while watching opponents try to stop him.
What else explains the way he trashes a court that he will have to
accept for another 9 months or another 4 years and 9 months?

I’d agree that Obama lives in a crazy world of denial.

I would also point out that Proposition 8 and DOMA both passed by a significantly higher margin than did Obamacare.
So whenever one of Obama’s liberal defenders starts whining about that, use those two examples, and watch them choke on their tongues.

And remember the freakout gay-sex liberals had over anyone calling for the removal, via election or impeachment, of justices? Remember them saying that doing so was unconstitutional, crippling checks and balances, etc.?
Make them eat for what their Obama is calling.

It is Democrat dogma that liberaism/socialism/progressvism must always advance. To assert otherwise is blasphemy against the religion of the left.

Because, you know, the court should give more weight to whether the bill passed the Congress than it should on whether or not it is Constitutional.
Is he tripping on something??? If so, I want some of that reality distorting drug.
Actually, I think he needs to stop cracking down on medical marijuana and try some himself. Looks like he needs some to mellow himself out.
PS. Well, at least he hasn’t gone all Andrew Jackson on us yet, and tell the court that sure, they can rule against him – but let them try to enforce the ruling…. He’ll make the insurance companies do his bidding anyway.

For a constitutional lawyer he seems not to understand the document. No matter what “majority” passes an unconstitutional piece of legislation it remains unconstitutional and should be struck down.

P,
He understands it perfectly…he just really really hates what it stands for.
Also for great true “Strong Majorities” see 0bama’s budgets. He got total agreement with no votes at all from BOTH parties. That’s a strong majority.
