  1. Yesterday, she blogged that she had come for Mitt Romney.

I ain’t touchin’ that. Does Gloria Allred know about this?

  2. There is more than one well-educated, high information swing voter? I honestly can’t see very many people who are “high information” voters waiting this long to make up their minds.

  6. a kind of a barometer of the well-educated, high information swing voters

Beg to differ, but a ‘high information voter’ would’ve been smart enough to see Obama for what he was long before November 2008.

She obviously whiffed on her evaluation of Obama before she voted in that fateful election.

‘High information?’ Yeah…not so much. The same goes for the rest of the insider rubes who led conservative/moderate Obama ’08 voters astray: Peggy Noonan, Kathleen Parker, David Brooks, Colin Powell–people TRUSTED their insight, and they let us down.

I’m sorry if this sounds hard-assed but, but they are not to be trusted ever again. I spit in their general direction.

    Good point.

  8. Started reading the comments on her blog. Looks like she isnot alone. It looks like a lot of voters were suffering Bush fatigue and allowed themselves to be fooled by Obama. And a lot of them are angry about that. They were going to vote against Obama and are surprised to find tht they actually want to vote For Romney. They are comparing him with Reagan, Bush 1 and some of them Clinton post 1994. Most seem to have been impressed by Romney and a lot have already voted. It sounds like some of the Obama voters that have gotten out to vote are really Romney voters, it this is true, it is great news for Romney/Ryan.

Also about Ann. She did great work reporting during the Wisconsin recalls, really outstanding reporting and so I think we should cut her a little slack for being fooled by Obama. She may have made a big difference getting out the info so that the rest of the country could counterbalance the Union presence in Wi. That victory may have caused Romney to pick Ryan. And may deliver the Midwest!

  10. Looks like she isnot alone. It looks like a lot of voters were suffering Bush fatigue and allowed themselves to be fooled by Obama.

One of the smart things Obama did when spouting his “Hope and change” slogan was he never really defined what it meant.

The meant people disillusioned by the Bush years could write on that blank slate whatever they wanted Hope and Change to be. People were bound to be disappointed, especially once they learned that Obama doesn’t really play well with others, and isn’t all that interested in governing-he just likes the title.

Obama in some ways thinks he was elected Dictator of America and thought he should get everything he wanted.

  11. I disagree with the premise. Your education level has zero to do with your intelligence. As a person with 3 degrees, I can tell you, that the dumbest ass hats on the planet are Professors.

    Just my 2 cents worth.

  12. Your education level has zero to do with your intelligence.

    Good point.

I also think a lot of people with multiple degrees often develop a sense of self importance. As if the degrees make them the smartest person in the room.

I find this attitude among educators a lot. I think being in the midst of education they get a puffed up sense of their own intelligence and lose a lot of humility along the way.

A way of thinking many liberals are prone to-and also many of the urban elite who view anyone with a southern accent as a mouth breathing idiot.
