  1. I’d LOVE to have heard the comments she got wearing that shirt!

  2. Heck, I’d wear that shirt in Hollywood. Those hateful leftists want to mess with me… I’m 200 lbs solid muscle, know how to throw a punch and roundhouse a liberal princess girly man in the face. Me and my husband….we don’t claim to be *tolerant*.

  3. So you outnumbered the lefty, even better!

  4. Thanks for the answer! It’s good to hear that it wasn’t met with complete hatred and intolerance.

  6. Awesome!
Saw a guy in WeHo with a R/R shirt a couple nights ago, nobody even challenged him.
    =)

  7. In my experience, Weho is more politically tolerant than, say, SF. The people are better looking and more interested in having fun, vs. SF folk who are (comparatively and on average) a bit more dour and looking for the tribal ‘sense of belonging’ of political correctness.

    “Your mileage may vary.”

  8. My husband’s sister works in Hollywood. BIG liberal. She thinks I’m the spawn of Satan for being a gay conservative. This Thanksgiving I’m expecting her to throw green beans in my face.

  9. The words that come to mind for me here are: “Ride right through them, they’re demoralized as hell.” That’s how you can wear an R/R shirt in the bluest parts of the country.

  11. She’s cute! She looks great in that t-shirt. I’ll bet she made a lot of people smile in the best way.

  12. Yes, San Francisco… It was Orinda (an East Bay moneyed suburb of San Francisco) where I was verbally assaulted in the produce section of the grocery store for where a University of Some State Department of Jewish Studies–for the evil things we are doing to those poor Palestinians… oh, yes. The “tolerance.”

  13. Hey guys!!! I’m the girl in the shirt & was definitely nervous, but you would be surprised…people came out of the woodwork to show support. That made me so happy! Of course I got some head shakes, but it actually intimidated some people…probably because they weren’t expecting it..or maybe they’re all talk. Eh? Anyway, feel like I’ve been alone in this town, but it’s so nice to read this blog & all of the comments! Know that I give all you guys a great big hug!!! :) Let’s win this race tomorrow!!! Goooo Romney!!!

  14. Hey! Thanks for stopping by and for showing your stuff at Trader Joe’s. Your picture really made me smile and reminded me that there are far more of us than we realize. Backatcha and best of luck tomorrow. :)

  15. WOW what a HOTTIE!!!!! I WAS going to vote the other way but after seeing this BEAUTIFUL young lady I’m casting my vote for Romney. Any guy that has this girl on his arm is very, very lucky to be walking around with her. Not only is she gorgeous but has guts too.
