  3. A news article I read earlier makes me wonder how many people are saying they support Obama in public, but when that curtain closes behind them….and in some areas of the country, look around to make sure they aren’t being secretly watched….will vote for Romney.

  4. I’m pretty sure a very SIGNIFICANT number of people fit that description, Tom.

  5. To be fair, the same thing happened at a Mitt Romney event here in Jefferson County, Colorado a few weeks ago. It also happens at sporting events before the game is over, even if the game is very close. They’d rather see 8 innings of a game and get home at a reasonable hour, instead of seeing all 9 and getting home 3 hours later.

I guess the real question is, “How many is ‘many’?”. If it was a quarter of the people there, that’s significant. It it was three dozen, that’s not. Just saying that “many” people left early is pretty vague.

  6. This is getting off subject, but with the ongoing relief effort on the East Coast, the following site might help you decide where to donate if you’re not sure: http://www.pbs.org/mormons/themes/humanitarian.html

I am not a Mormon, but it seems like they have their act together when it comes to getting it done.

  7. I guess the SEIU wouldn’t authorize anymore overtime.

  8. I kinda feel like people are clinging to anecdotes because they don’t like what the polls are saying.

  9. People left Obama rally while president was still speaking

Why? They found out they weren’t REALLY getting a “free” Obamaphone?

  10. Two for one. Casting a vote for Mitt Romney will not only end Obama´s career, but we won´t have to see David Axelrod on the sunday morning talk show, except to explain why and how they lost the election.

  11. The people are tired of Obama’s empty rhetorical platitudes. They have had enough.

  12. Roberto–it brought a tear to my eye to see David “Templeton the Rat” Axelrod rendered speechless by a question about Ohio early voting results. Did you happen to catch it?
